Thanks Kyla! Right after I got the RF, the next thing I thought of was, "I'm happy it is at this site since I never heard anything bad about them paying out". You know the wierd thing was I was starting to play some 4 coins in since I was debating to just quit and not lose the deposit. I know better, but, when you are down...., anyway, good thing I put the coins back up to 5. I usually play fast, but notice at this site, if I play slower, I seem to hit better. By the way I think this month at Interbet it is $75 matching $75 even if you already have an account. I need those kinds of bonuses since I don't have a big bankroll.

April, that is absolutely fantastic! and at a cryptologic site, and a reputable one. so you will actually get paid for that royal. i believe it was martee who said she has had some luck with cryptologic also. i find it real challenging...must be the way i play...haha. couldnt happen to a nicer person....awesome!

I tried the deposit 25 for 25 bonus with William Hill. I hadn't downloaded it before cause I really don't like the graphics of the old cryptologic sites and the cards were small and I couldn't win for anything. As a matter of fact, I lost at William Hill also with the Cryptologic 4. The other sites with the 4.0 are Casino Sur and Kiwi. I tried the ideo slots which are really fun, but THOSE are tighter than a frog's, well, never mind. I don't play much at Microgaming sites anymore since I never had good luck there at all. Forget Starnet. The other sites I like are the Real Time Gaming which has full pay Jacks or Better.

Wilma, YIPPEE!!!! I can't believe this. I was playing at Intercasino which also has the same payout of the Double Bonus as William Hill Casino and is Chryptologic 4. This month is $75 matching with $75 deposit. I had logged off to check something and came back on and read your message and went back to play at the casino. Anyway I actually, after thousands of hands of ideo poker at countless on-line casinos, got a ROYAL FLUSH. Oh my, I can hardly type! I was dealt J/10/Q/K of hearts and thought, right, I'll get the Ace, But I did get the Ace of hearts and it pays 4200 coins (I was playing quarters). Funny thing is I had charged the $75 on my card and was down to $71 and was thinking, I better quit and put the rest of the money back on the card and then I hit it! YAHOO! This game pays great for 4 of a kind, only draw back is 8/5 FH/F.

As always, this is an interesting subject James. I'm curious though. How can William Hill offer any better payout on this game than anyone else running on the same software. There are the same number of cards per deck, the same possible winning hands, etc. In short, it seems as though all of the aspects that would contribute to this change are the same from one Cryptologic Site to the next, so what makes William Hill different? Is their paytable different than it is on other Cryptologic sites?

I think Cryptologic has always been short-pay, not just in Version 4.0.
If you want to play VP at Cryptologic, the GameMaster says that William Hill has a double bonus game paying 99.95%. I haven't played this game (yet). I also don't know if this is available at other Cryptologic 4 sites. With 0.1% cashback (or 0.2% on Wednesdays), this game has a microscopic player edge.

Hi there. I'm wondering if all of the casinos using this software have the decreased payments in "9/6" Jacks or Better for fours-of-a-kind and straight flushes? Intercasino's ideo poker already seems to have pretty tight odds (after many months of play) -- this decrease in the usual pay schedule seems like overkill.
I do really well, consistently, with 9/6 Jacks or Better at land-based casinos -- have paid for several trips with my winnings -- but it's always along dry spell between anything higher than a full house -- and those are pretty rare too.
I seem to recall someone else oicing similar iews a couple of months ago. Anyone else feel this way? The only reason I can think of that I keep going back is that oldest of gambler's myths -- "It MUST be ready to hit after all this time!!!" [can't figure out how to get those smiles into the text]
