Topic: Riverbelle - PCS Check Bounced!! Forum: Winner Online

Hi,

I have quite a few checks from Proc Cyber that bounced. These were worth a total of several hundred dollars. I faxed them the details including bank charges with the reassurance that new ones would be sent and that the problem was a change in banks.

Up till today, it has been a few months already and no replacements have arrived. I have just about given up with them. Sad because PCS used to be so reliable. Slow but you always got your money and had no problem cashing the checks. The problems all began with the shift to Firecash.

No, I have not yet called them about it. I just noticed when doing a little online banking yesterday. The bank had just sent the check back out to me, and I was waiting until I received the returned check so that I would have the exact check number, issue date, etc.

Have either of you called them? Their number is 1-888-326-2602 from US.

Also, I always go to their website when I cashout from a casino, and enter my details there. Then I call them to make sure they have my information.

Hope you get your money soon. $70 is still $70, and its yours. Go for it!!

I also had a check bounce from PCS - it was on 11/7. They have not yet replaced it or compensated me for the fees.

Funny thing is that I have receive 10+ checks from PCS casinos sine then and all have been fine.

I have no idea why they are being an ass about replacing the bounced checks that were THEIR Fault since they had an invalid Routing Number (ABA) number on them.

I had the same thing happen to me. I faxed a copy of the check and the bank charge to Pro Cyber and they said they would take care of it. Guess What?? 2 months later and still no check.

I thought that subject line would get your attention. Unfortunately, it's true.

In June I requested a $70 cash in at Riverbelle. After a few months, I had not received a thing from them. I noticed a topic about Riverbelle posted in here (I think by CasinoGuru), so I put in my two cents about their lack of payment.

Apparently, their staff saw the note posted here, because within a couple of days they contacted me in an attempt to explain the error. They said that I could update my information and request the cash in again, which I did.

Funny how I updated the address when I did this, but they still mailed the payment to my old address. By the time they got around to mailing it and the post office forwarding it, it was December by the time I actually received it.

Now, as if taking 6 months to receive a $70 payment isn't bad enough, the check actually bounced when my bank processed it. It wasn't because of lack of funds, it was because the account number on the check is ...
