Unfortunately you're right.
I log and annotate them so I know. Just recently for a casinogazette show I did an informal check over a four week period on new casinos which did not respond to emails asking for fundamental information.
The "non-response" rate was in excess of fifty percent. That included emails from those irritating email help panels you see on so many sites these days. Astonishing, as each email query represents a potential client...

I agree. The live chat support didn't respond when I tried them either.
Checking back in my database I picked these folks up a while back and I have an annotation that they ignored two emails asking for their gambling software provider and their e-cash company. That, and the paucity of upfront information is not usually a good sign....
