LASSETERS ONLINE TO MERGE WITH GOCORP
Lasseters Online has announced it will merge with listed company, Gocorp Limited, the operators of online casino AusVegas. This is a merger of two companies with the same core business to create the largest online gaming company in Australia.
For Lasseters, the merger brings faster, more advanced technology, new gaming software, additional technical expertise and the funds to invest more in the business. This will undoubtedly help us to provide players with an even better standard of service.
Ultimately, it is intended that the merged company will operate both Lasseters Online and the AusVegas online casino giving players a broader range of gaming services to choose from. (AusVegas is not currently available under the conditions of the Australian Government’s online gaming moratorium.)
Most importantly, Lasseters Online will continue to be available under the same name for players.
