Hear, hear. They have taken the first step already - now it's just a matter of how fast they can accommodate online casinos in their plan.

The key conclusions of that paper are as follows. Cryptologic issued a happy press release that makes it sound as though online casinos will also be able to operate. Things seem to be turning around in Nevada at a brisk pace as well...too much money to let go!

Correct, although why I have no idea. Unless they think they are protecting their ery small casino/club industry...
But this is a big start. Many bookmakers will operate out of the UK now.
Whether they move fast enough to gain a large piece of the online casino industry or not remains to be seen.
