Thank you for wasting my time as well. So now, in addition to casino spammers posing as newbies, I have to suspect regular posters posting as newbies. Just the kind of environment I want to see on my favorite message board, trying to figure out which posts are worth doing some research for.
Well, don't stop now--post something Libertarian and male supremicist to push my buttons--and maybe something about how all Asians are suprstitious idiots to get Dai Lun going---and how we don't need no steenkin animal rights for Colly. Then off course there's the usual free speech diatribes that get some reactions...

Ok, I get a little militant about Handa Lopez because they ripped me off as well.
Take this information and use it. Make decisions based upon it.
Ok, lets call a truce on this thing. I have been emailing Charley back and forth for a day now. He is really a nice person.
Not as nice as me, but still a nice guy.

According to the indictment, “Handa-Lopez and its principals represented to the public that they hosted Internet gambling web sites in offshore locations. In fact, Handa-Lopez hosted the sites from within the United States as its server was physically located at its office in Sunnyvale, California.” The indictments also charged Defendants with processing over $6 million in credit card transactions with over 18 Internet gambling sites.
In May, 1999 federal and California state agents had seized the $1 million home, a Ferrari and an airplane of a corporate officer alleging they were purchased with profits from illegal criminal activity. The company’s files and bank accounts were also seized.

What Happened to Handa Lopez?
05/28/1999
Rumors are spreading like brush fires about an incident last week in which the California office of online software provider Handa Lopez Inc. was reportedly raided by federal agents. The question of the hour, which remains unanswered, is: Exactly what happened?
Their computers and files were seized, and most of their licensees, with the exception of a few who maintain their own servers have been shut down. Clients and licensees are still in the dark as to what happened. The reason(s) for the raid are unclear.
Handa Lopez carefully structured its approach toward offering Internet betting around a "contest model" in which online gaming currency is gained through mail-in offers. The company has licensed its software since 1995 and the model hasn't been challenged by authorities.
RGT will report on further developments as the story unfolds.

Here you go Charly
A group of companies involved in massive fraud, using software programmed to cheat the consumer, as well as cheating amongst themselves. Deplorable practices by any standards. In striving for high standards for online gambling sites, it's high time they were shown the door. If you enjoy online gambling, read what follows carefully - and take note.
A while ago, we reported that a group of companies comprised of Funscape.com, CasinoSoft.com the game developer, Handa Lopez Inc. (HLI) acting as the e-cash company, World Wide Multimedia, and Scylinx Corporation, were involved in massive frauds when they cheated so much from their own casino operators, that twenty-nine of them decided to stop doing business with this group.
The mastermind behind these massive frauds is David Brown, working closely with Raymond Clark.
There is hard evidence that these crooks have also massively cheated thousands of their merchants who are advertising their banners on a c... | | Read Entire Entry |

Earth calling Charley: this is from above mentioned www.wizardofodds.com site:
"The Wizard of Odds urges you not to play at any iGlobalMedia casino. My main reason is strong evidence that iGlobalMedia casinos do not play a fair game of blackjack. Numerous players have read my warning about this software and told me they fully agree based on their own terrible losing experiences. These casinos have been known to offer roulette promotions in which a $50 bet on a single number would pay double, or 70:1. I have heard of other players losing thousands of dollars chasing this promotion and never hitting a single number over hundreds of spins. If this isn't enough for you the game play suffers from frequent broken connections and customer service is slow if they respond at all. Please also see my reviews of Planet Luck and Apolla. Other casinos using this software include Starluck, Big Cat, Luckyland, Zantana, and Club Chance. "
Seems pretty clear to me. How can you type with a stra... | | Read Entire Entry |

I just asked a question about Starluck. Some of you people seem to have a problem with them although I can't seem to find them on any "Not Recommended" or "Rogue" list. I saw a review on Planet Luck and it mentioned Starluck but did not say "don't play them"
As far as the problem you seem to have with me, it is over posting on the wrong forum here. Excuse the hell out of me!
You people started the flaming, not me! Only a couple of you though. The rest seem civilized.

Have you seen this guy's wailing post over at Casinomeister - he's upset because OPA members were nasty about his spamming for a Starluck site!
Great way to win friends and influence people he has...
Casino Billboard for your spam, but here if you have a useful contribution to make to the discussions and comments. And you will learn something about the industry too, which seems to be necessary.

It's not? I'll have to check the OPA site, because it should be.
I tested Planet Luck, a sister site, years ago when they were running promotions that could not be mathematically sustained for long by any casino and I found their software to be wildly suspect. As that entire group of casinos has continued to survive, and continued to run such promotions,
either they don't pay winners or they have fiddled software. You'll find negative posts on www.casinomeister.com and negative reviews on www.thewizardofodds.com
I'm sure I can find more sites with negative posts, reviews, and lists, do you really want me to continue? An interesting marketing tactic, to be sure.

OK, if the dust has settled...
What is the matter with the Starluck Casino?
I have seen a couple of negative posts on this website. It seems that it is not popular here. I have not seen it mentioned on any "Not Recommended Site" or "Rogue Site"
Be nice now.
