Sorry to hear about the bad experiences some of you have had at Windows.
I can only speak for myself. I've won a fair amount of money at Windows, and have been paid promptly.
In the past their customer service was a little slow, but I once had a problem and used AOL IM to contact the pit boss and the problem was resolved within minutes. That's pretty good if you ask me.
I do believe they've also been working on correcting some of their customer service problems.
No operation is perfect, but some places are downright sleazy. In my opinion, Windows is fair and on the level.

I had a ery bad experience where they double-charged my credit card and it took two months to get them to admit the mistake and get my money back. A complete nightmare and at least 15 hours out of my life that I will never get back. Then they had the gall to tell me I was not welcome back!

cj, sorry you had such bad service. I have played there a number of times and have always been treated fairly both by customer service as well as the cards.

Hello
I have played at a lot of on-line casinos and Windows is by far the worst. It is ery hard to win and the customer service is horible. Any other thaughts.
