a) BetHoldem will tell you that you can not cash out the bonus amount for one month. This happened to me, but I didn't really feel put out by it...
b) People with Rakeback deals have been burned at this site before apparently (although I have no firsthand knowledge of this myself)

I'm depositing soon and I'm going to try it for 7 days, and regardless I get a higher RB% than what I'm even posting. I'm not really worried about whether you sign up or not.
