Got my bank statement a week ago. Balancing the bank statement showed that a cash-in was "missing" (due about 2 weeks prior) reflected the cash-in immediately before and after the missing one.
E-mailed The Gaming Club (casino in question). They provided me with their journal, but ended up referring me to Proc-Cyber for final resolution.
Proc-Cyber was ery professional in their handling of this matter. As it happens, the missing cash-in came in while Proc-Cyber was investigating. Apparently, a batch or credits was processed incorrectly and had to be re-submitted.
I know that several who post here hate (or appear to hate) Proc-Cyber. This is my first problem with them after months of fault-free cash handling (I didn't say pain-free) and they performed admirably.
It still doesn't change my iews on the state of online gaming today and I plan to lay real low until the dust settles.
