Unfortunately, you ran across a really, really bad situation here. Wish there were some way to shut these casinos down.
Jetset and several other Microgaming casinos are run by Tropika Intl Ltd ( http://www.tropika.com ), who is flat broke, even thought they continue to accept wagers. clearly fraud!! As a matter of fact, if you have $50,000, you can buy some of these casinos in this group ( http://www.cyberdealernet.com ).
My best suggestion is to pay another $25, and join the OPA-Online Players Association ( http://198.77.213.44/ ). You can file a complaint there, and hopefully get some action. This group of scum has to be stopped.

Good Luck, and stand in line. There are a bunch of people in front of you waiting for their money, dating back to December.
Sorry, but these folks are having "cash flow" problems. Microgaming just sits on the sidelines, saying nothing.
What a crew! What a business!
Don't gamble online. Gamble in real casinos. You will always be paid, and the drinks are free!

My personal advice to is to BOYCOTT ALL MICROGAMING CASINOS.
The Microgaming corporation in London is completely AWARE that Tropika (the company that manages Jetset casino) has NOT paid
cashin's dating back to December.
And yet Microgaming has done NOTHING to help these players get thier money. Nor have they shut down Tropika casinos.
SHAME ON MICROGAMING
Shame, shame, we know your name.
If one Microgaming casino can get away with not paying customers, THEY ALL CAN.
A PLAYER NO LONGER HAS ANY ASSURANCE OF GETTING PAID. This is disgraceful.
Boycott all casinos powered by Microgaming.

I am looking for advice. On april 12th, 2001 I made a cash in at Jet Set Casino. I informed them that I wanted the money sent Federal Express ia check to my work address; figuring it would arrive during the week. I was told because of Easter holiday the transaction would not be processed until the following weekend. Since that time, I have went through a "public holiday", sick days of certain employees I spoke to, etc. I cannot say this has been a ery pleasurable experience at all. I am so frustrated and stressed, I could care less if I ever gamble online again!!! Is there somewhere I can go for legal advice??? I am now being told that the processing company for Jet Set Casino "lost" some transactions and they (the support staff at Jet Set Casino) resubmitted the transaction and it would be processed immediately.
