I've always been anti-affiliate program because it's hard to find a fair casino (for the players) that offers a reliable payment program for the webmaster. I've also been burned a few times (non-payment from the affiliate)
Recently I signed up w/ the Quicksilver Casino program and they completely blew us off when we asked for payment. They don't respond to emails -- at all. Since they used Real Time Gaming Software, this surprised me. Typically RGT casinos are reputable.
Any webmasters out there have some GOOD casinos that have a decent affiliate program? (Pay per registration is definately acceptable).
