Forum: Bonus Whores | I am not an owner of the site, but I have been playing on their site since they opened last April. I have had a few issues like you say with customer service not beeing up to speed. They know me by name by now. I did do a live chat with them yesterday and I beleive they passed on what was discussed here so that they can make sure thier customer support people are up to speed. I know that their support people also support a few other rooms and purepoker has been more agressive than others with their bonus programs. I don't have an interest in the site other than I like playing it, and have had any issues resolved fairly by the support staff. I appreciate the advice on posting, and I am not offended. A freind was bonus shopping and saw this post and passed it on to me since he knows I play their.
By the way, I just checked the site, it looks like they updated their bonus explanation on the promotions page. POWER TO THE PEOPLE.

The bonus is also known as free money. The average ratio for clearing
bonus is 10:1. That means that for every 10 dollars that you contribute
to the rake, 1 dollar of free money is released. The 100% sign up bonus
is a one time intial bonus.

I couldn't find info on the way the bonus clears. The cashier button goes to the same cashier service that Bayou, WCW, and some of the other skins use. All of those skins ofer some ratio of contributed rakeback as a bonus so I'd guess that's what these people do too. | | Static Link |
