My experience with Grand Banks : (1)Mastercard could not be charged back to
(2)Money was tranferred to PayPal account
and it took 6 days to do so. It was
promised in 3 days.
Stanley Acropolis Casino will pay all
winnings to PayPal even if a deposit has
never been made with PayPal. However, they
say it takes 5 days to receive by PayPal
and 10 days to receive by check. Also,
PayPal states that it takes 1 to 2 weeks
to receive a check from them. So, PayPal
is not the greatest either. Many consumer
complaints have been lodged against PayPal.
I have not been with them for 60 days so
do not have a debit card with them. But
that sounds like a good idea if it works
properly.

Yes, I still have not received a Mastercard withdrawal of my deposit from June 15th at Grand Banks!
They say they finally transferred it Friday!
They went back and forth for the last two weeks saying they couldn't (so I said use Paypal), then they said they could, then they couldn't (requested PayPal again), then they could, etc. -- so I'm waiting!
Now, Friday -- it apparently has (?) been transferred! We will see when it shows up back in my Checking Account --- it is a Mastercard Debit Card!
From now on, I'm going to only use casinos that use PayPal - deposit and withdrawal!
One thing that is confusing--- if they can put the deposits back to PayPal--- why are they claiming they CAN NOT transfer WINNINGS over and above the deposit amount back to PayPal?
I don't believe them! Plenty of casinos are doing it!
It's cheaper (free I think), quicker -- no problems waiting for checks that may bounce, get losted, or receive excuses why your payment wasn't mailed out --- and some casin... | | Read Entire Entry |

It has been official since March. The only reason some casinos are still able to credit back to Mastercard accounts is because they have found a way around the identifier code 7995 which indicates an online gaming chip purchase.

It's official, MasterCard has issued a new directive regarding online casinos stating that casinos are not allow to refund back MasterCards.
This leaves the casinos with two options: either to stop working with Mastercards and ask their players to use other credit cards and other payment methods (such as paypal) or continue to accept MasterCards ia a third party clearing company such as Surefire and such.

I am happy to say that Grand Banks forwarded
my money to my Paypal account on the 6th
day after I requested it. I did not lodge
a complaint with them. So they did not do
forward it to me under pressure.
Grand Banks is an interesting site. Lots
of promos every week and , at times, every
day. It keeps people returning to the site.
For a while, they advertised 24/7 telephone
support . For about 2 weeks , whenever I
called I got a oice message box saying
that it was full. Also, one week it appeared
that I had won a 1000 dollar winner take-all
tournament. The computer updates the standings every hour. Two hours after the
official finish,it continued to show me
the winner. The third hour showed a
completely different Top 10. I complained
and was told that the computer was not
updating properly. To be fair, I never
actually thought I had won enough to win.
Management did place a consolation 50
dollars in my account.

They've been advertising quite a lot lately, too. Grateful if you would let us know how this issue goes - have you escalated your complaint to casino management?

I have been trying to retrieve my money
from Grand Banks Casino for over 2 weeks
now. After a week , they notified me that
they are unable to charge back on my
Mastercard deposits. Hence, I opened a
PayPal account and requested that they
forward the money into that account.
An e-mail sent out by them stated that
Paypal requests would be honored within
3 days. So far, it has been 6 days and
the money has not been forwarded.I called
on Day 4 and began to hear some excuse-making. We will see. Retieving money from
some of these casinos is a big hassle and
hurts the perception of the on-line gaming
business in general. Easy to deposit --
tough to retrieve !

This Mastercard rule has been in effect since November, but the enforcement of the rule is "streaky." Looks like all the RealtimeGaming sites aren't crediting back MC's, but you will probably get credits back at Microgaming casinos. Don't know about the rest. Might want to open a paypal and firepay account.

I've heard complaints that some casinos suddenly and without any notice, stoped refunding cashouts requests back to Mastercard, if you have a mastercard you can only get your money by draft.
Did anyone else encounter with this problem?
Can anyone tell me which casinos allow refunds to Mastercard and which casinos don't?
Thanks
