Thanks for the information. However, there is one thing about which I am still not clear. If every player is free to cash out at anytime, why would the wagering amount and the payout amount differ? For example: During the past two years I have played full-pay ideo poker in Las Vegas. My records show an average payout of $100.60 for each $100.00 wagered. This results in a payout percentage of 100.6 over the long-run and takes into consideration any jackpots (royal flushes.) It seems to me that the wagered and payout should be the same since the player can cash out at any time.
I do not believe any casino operates on one to three percent profit margin. I therefore question the accuracy of the Pricewaterhouse certified figures for Monthly Percentage Payout Reports for participating Microgaming sites.

I am sure lots of them pay out that much. That is why I play blackjack instead.
You should be clear that the percentage quoted is based on the amount wagered, not the amount deposited. If you wager your deposit three times on a game with a 96% payout, expect to lose 12% of the deposit on average. If you hit a big jackpot it will take you a while to get back to the average, but eventually you will.

Casino-On-Net indicates that their slots have consistently averaged 96.76% in payouts over the past six months. This is the result of auditing by PricewaterhouseCooper. Is there a casino anywhere that pays out 96% of the amount wagered on slots?
