Thanks grantt : The casino you mention
is the most advanced I have seen as far
as presenting the World Gaming parimutuel
package.
World Gaming customer service maintains
that no parimutuel accounts are allowed
from residents of the U.S. This has been
their policy since Day 1. However, I
have heard that one can open an account
through one of their affiliated casinos.
However, I have not yet found a casino
that is hooked up to their parimutuel
software. Casino Unreal's customer
service number is actually World Gaming's
number and they tell me that no accounts
are allowed from the United States. The
whole matter is confusing because World
Gaming(Starnet)is confusing.Customer
service is substandard(they never have
a straight answer) and e-mails often go
unanswered.
I will continue to check the different
Starnet sites periodically.

James - I could be wrong, that was from memory. It might STILL be 6/5...
Grantt - you don't know biased from straight. I wrote an article praising Starnet's Beyond 2000 Java ersion - and was eagerly awaiting the download ersion... since August of last year... and in that year's time we got zilcho.

I deal directly with the developers at Inphinity, not people like you who take every opportunity to snipe at things you have little knowledge of.
Or were you saying "slanted and biased" to justify your comments?

Does anyone know which World Gaming affiliated casinos are using the new
World Gaming internet betting interface
which allows wagering on horses and dogs
and jai-alai?
Pyramid Casino is such an affiliated casino
but I see no mention on their site when
they plan to implement the betting interface.
I was told that some casinos will come on
board on July 31st with this innovation and
that others will follow suit over the weeks
and months to come.
This will be the first wagering interface
that will allow residents of the United
States to wager on all five parimutuel
sports directly over the internet.

Got2bet everyone is intitled to there opinion even a ery slanted biased one.
I love it, but then again I like a huge game selection, fast blacklack, pulltabs, lotto, ideo bingo, horse racing and sportsbook. Now thats a casino.
If I was interested in no casino game selection and no sportsbook or horse racing I would go down to our local hotel casino and play. But I want it all baby and they deliver just that

Spearmaster, that sounds like the VP is an improvement!
Current WorldGaming (starnet) VP is 6-5. (It does have a 5000 coin royal).

I just tested it.
Graphics are better for the table games, but worse for the slots and ideo poker.
Odds haven't changed, I think - JoB is 7/5 - totally unplayable.
Speed is fast.
Overall assessment - highly disappointed considering we have been waiting over a year for a few graphical improvements. I was expecting to see new games, perhaps better odds, and lots of other new and exciting things after the hype.
In case anyone wants to know which ersion I downloaded, I downloaded the most complete ersion they have.
It still appears as if it's half-finished.
And after all the good things I said about Beyond 2000's Java implementation - perhaps disappointment is not even the right word.
