This is ery exciting news. I doubt that any of us here in the States will be allowed to play at the site though. I think that would put their US Licenses in a bit too much of a risky position.

MGM Mirage is one of the billion dollar Las Vegas land-based gambling operations which announced a couple of weeks back that instead of awaiting the legalisation of online gambling by the Nevada Gaming Board it would look elsewhere to set up an internet gaming arm. At the time the chief executive, Jim Murren said that they would be highly selective in their approach and that he wouldn't touch ninety percent of offshore licencing jurisdictions "...with a ten foot bargepole"
The Isle of Man has clearly found favour and this will be good news for the island if they set up the support and finance infrastructure for the online operations there.
