I've sent them two e-mail messages in the last 24hrs (both from my Hotmail e-mail address and my alternate e-mail address) politely asking the status of my cash-in and have not received any response. I did try contacting them ia telephone twice this evening, but it rang and rang with no answer (is this typical for a busy weekend?).

Being polite through this entire ordeal seems to have gotten me nowhere. I don't know why they are no longer responding to my e-mails. I can only assume they are in the process of transmitting the funds to me. If after a reasonable amount of time I do not hear from them, I am prepared to take this matter to a third party.

Playa,

You may need to put a fire under these guys. Sounds like a bunch of crap to me. Did you deposit using Firepay?

Personally, I have no intention of EVER using Firepay. I just don't think I want to deal with yet another epayment company. If Paypal or CC does not do it, then I just can't play there. These phantom bonuses are just not worth all the trouble they put you through to get it.

Anyway, email Fortune Lounge Support and tell them you are turning this over to Gambling Grumbles. You want your money, and YOU WANT IT NOW!!!

I would strongly recommend NOT using a free email addy at online casinos. Some casinos use this as a reason NOT to pay a bonus or a big win.

There is the whole problem of being accused of not following the rules.

I sure wouldn't trust a free email addy to get me important things such as emails from casinos.

Looks like its going to be a while before I see any of my cashin...

After finally getting the required documentation from the casino and immediately sending it back last weekend, I thought it would be just a waiting game until I got paid. This wasn't the first time I've had to provide a copy of my driver's license, credit cards, etc. for erification purposes. Being a "VIP" player, I wouldn't think there would be ery many questions regarding my alidity. I guess I was wrong.

After sending all of the required documentation, I received an e-mail stating that my documentation didn't include a scanned copy of the credit card belonging to my Firepay account! After explaining that there wasn't a card for Firepay accounts, they apologized and informed me that they would now send the documentation on to their Player Security department for review and allotment. Yesterday I received an e-mail from them asking for my registered Firepay e-mail address, even though the e-mail address is th...

Playa, I'm glad you are on the way to getting your money. I stopped using Hotmail because I don't feel that it is secure. Just my feeling. Although the email addy I mentioned above where I was having probs was not Hotmail.

Anyway, I have not had any probs getting paid by these guys, so you should get your money ery quickly now. Let us know how things turn out.

Update...

After several telephone calls to their customer service number this evening, I finally received the required purchase authorization form. I now think the problem may have been with my Hotmail e-mail address. Their Player Security department must have tried sending me the documents at least 6 or 7 times, and not once did I receive any of their messages. The CSR allowed me to provide an alternate e-mail address. After giving her my other e-mail address, I received the documents five minutes later. I'm not sure why all the problems with Hotmail. I'm not using any spam filters.

I know which article you are talking about - I typed it into my Palm for reference but now I can't find it. You need to look for an article from Deutsche Presse-Agentur (DPA).

Here's another article.

Agree about AC, didn't particularly enjoy my trip there (maybe because it was winter). Haven't been to Tunica yet, but didn't really care for Biloxi (maybe it was just the Imperial Palace).

There's six casinos waiting across the border in Poipet for you

I'm still unable to find that damn article I had read about Poipet. I know it was from a link from one of the gambling portal newsletters, but I can't remember which one. I've done searches at all the portals that carry gambling news, but I come up with nothing.

In addition, I subsribed to an Asian news service (it was 2 weeks for free), and came up empty. Yahoo, the same thing.

I know I saw this article, but it's like looking for bigfoot, it just can't be captured.

But, I think I stick to Las Vegas for land based gambling--it's just so much more fun. And actually, gambling in Mississippi isn't bad either. AC comes in a distant third, and believe it or not, it's the one casino area that is nearest to where I live (anyone who has been to AC, probably knows why I say this).

Following the advice from Amateur, I sent a message to the casino from within the software (they did receive it as a little box popped up stating that the message was sent successfully). It doesn't appear as though I am going to receive an immediate reply as it has already been two hours since I sent the message, and I have not heard anything. I'll let you know if I get a response. On an encouraging note, I do see that they added my name to their top ten winners list for the week.

This gets tiresome. I understand that online casinos need to take precautions because of fraud, but they have no problem taking your money. When you try to collect it's a different story.

Once again, a player has to beg and grovel to get his money back.

Is it any wonder that this industry has the problems that it does?

It's fast coming to the point when I will just avoid playing online. It's just not worth the hassles.

Playa, I don't understand this either. I have cashed out with all of the Fortune Lounge casinos, and never had a problem. My ACH was always in my acct in 4 days.

I would go inside the software, and write a message, asking to change your email addy. Explain the problem there, and ask them to call you at home. I always send an email ia the software first, just to make sure someone immediately deals with my problem. For some reason, all MG casinos seem to handle emails from the software much more seriously than just from you email addy.

I did have a similar problem with a few people saying their emails to me were returned, but others had no problem getting to me.

I do know that the promos and the responses come from different places, so I would not give up on them yet.

Good Luck.

When I spoke to them, they said they can only send it to the e-mail address registered with the casino. I confirmed my e-mail address with the CSR ia telephone and with another CSR ia e-mail. I know there isn't a problem with my e-mail as I continue to receive promotion announcements and e-mail from this casino. Since this is the second consecutive time this has happened on one of my cash-ins, I am beginning to wonder if this is a some sort of an canned excuse.

Have you reconfirmed your email address with them - and perhaps an alternate address as well?

That way you will leave them no out if they do not respond again.

I have been a loyal player with "VIP" status at a Fortune Lounge casino for the last two years. I made a cash-in last weekend. After two days of not hearing anything from the casino, I contacted them ia telephone and was told that they had already sent me ia e-mail a purchase authorization for me to complete and sign. After informing the CSR that I had not received such documentation, he said that he would send it again. I still have not received any documentation from the casino. I have since sent an e-mail to their customer service department and again I was informed that they had already re-sent it to me and that they would send it again for the third time.

What frustrates me is that I had to go through this same 'song and dance' that last time I made a cash-in at this casino before they finally sent me the 'required' documentation. I'm a little nervous since this cash-in is quite a bit larger than any of my previous cash-ins.

In your opinion, what is a 'reasonable' amoun...
