THUMBS UP FOR NEW GEISHA PITBOSS
He bothered to explain that his reply had taken a few days because of investigating the cause for the delay so as to prevent it reoccurring, so payment will go into Paypal tomorrow. As well, Geisha has given me a ery nice treat for the occurrence. Most people have a good time with Geisha and I never thought I wouldn't be paid...it was just all the above irritations at the same time which made me ent!
Even Eworld (Vegas Strip) has redeemed itself. I lost my $400 profit, then got down to my last $50 and end up with $600 profit back! A blackjack on the session's first $100 bet put out ($5 bets only until then!), so I forgive them! I've remained loyal to them because, even with the occasional hassles, they always give me the bonus even if I've not met anywhere near wagering requirements, which other casinos don't do - they make you throw more money after bad to even get the bonus. In 8 months play here I have always been paid, so I hope that will remain the same... | | Read Entire Entry |

I have had no problems with cash out at Geisha and for considerably more than what we're talking about here. Recently as well. Maybe the guy is just cleaning up after the other fellow?? Same with Millionaire. Wilhelm got me on to millionaire which lead me to Be a winner and Orion. I cashed at all three without incident and Celebrity always encloses a nice note on letter head. Nice touch. I think you just got caught in a Job transition at Geisha. The Millionaire thing doesn't sound like it was much of a problem. The Vegas Strip thing would make me scream like a raped Ape!lol No excuse for that.

Sent another email to Geisha a coupla days ago to both pitboss and support, but same litany of platitudes. Worrying thing is that it's only for approx. $50, but as I'd always LOST at this outfit, something was better than nothing; I can only think they must be really hard up and wouldn't touch the place with a bargepole!
I appreciated Millionaire fedexing another US bank cheque to me once I managed to get their attention.
Firepay has corrected the double charging.
I resolved the Vegas Strip issue myself but playing the deposits and making something on them in the absence of any response...so next hurdle is to get paid!
I'm not fussed re good customer support as long as casinos pay me correctly and within a decent timeframe. But when my money is at stake through errors in their system, I want to be reassured and not left hanging wondering what the hell is going on!

Same profile - different poster? Or a ery clumsy attempt to retrieve a bad situation?
Ding Dong.....
But you have nothing to lose by giving this "new" Geisha Pitboss a chance to do what he promises, providing he is kept to a short timeframe to avoid any further delays in players payments.

Geisha does a lot of posturing but no paying!
I emailed Euron 2 - 3 weeks ago when he went on another board asking us to do so, just like you, but nothing was done.
For goodness sake, how long does it take you guys to credit a small amount to Paypal...or haven't you got anything left in your bank to pay anything out?
Since posting the first thread, only Millionaire Casino replied, and I can't understand their one-liner! I simply told them that I thought they were a decent casino but I was wrong!
So I'm asking you Geisha, are you near bankruptcy?

Hi
Apologies to all those who have been waiting for replies.
I have recently taken over the position of Geisha Pitboss from Euron (who has chosen to further is studies).
I was away for a few days thereafter and that is why none of your posts have been answered. My apologies again.
Now that I am back I will attempt to deal with each problem:
AmateurSleuth - Please send your tglr number and email address to pitboss@geishalounge.com
so I can look at your account status.
CasinoNow - Please send me a copy of that email so I can get some answers.
Avenging Angel- I would appreciate the chance to look at all your complaints & see where things have gone wrong. In your case I would also need you to send your tglr number and email address to pitboss@geishalounge.com
Just to keep you all in the picture - about 130 have recently redeemed their loyalty points and will be receiving their cashouts or prizes really soon.
Thanks for you... | | Read Entire Entry |

Subject them to the power of the consumer by playing only at the ones you trust - their days are numbered anyway if they don't come right before the "real" licencing jurisdictions start putting properly regulated casinos online.

Geisha Lounge haven't paid out for cashin on 19 May despite several emails. What's the point of their Pitboss asking people to email him re problems if he doesn't bother to action the matter!
Vegas Strip denied 3 x $100 deposits, but took the money anyway unbeknownst to us without sending their usual deposit notification. They've not answered for a week. Guess it's an easy way of increasing cashflow!
Firepay double-harged $10, but won't answer emails as to sorting matter out. $10US is $26NZ.
Millionaire Casino sent Quebec bank cheque in $US, but it will cost me $50 to collect on $40US ($88NZ)cheque...trying unknown casino for first time so withdrew small...they send plenty of emails when depositing, but none in asking about how to get around this situation.
I'm sick of the continuous string of hassles with so many online casinos who just can't be bothered putting right what they get wrong.
A select few casinos are always competent and totally reliable, and in... | | Read Entire Entry |
