We all know the PPA is just the lobbying arm of PartyGaming - I'm kinda surprised the Journal didn't know.
now it all make sense

I don't expect it to be free, but if it's not legal, I may have some real trouble.
A lot of the guys here have already done a better bonus, which is no longer available as far as I know.

I live in the UK and already have my shirt, pin, card and stuff.
Can't vote I'm afraid, but hope it all goes well.

It is probably wrong for me to complain that this bonus used to be much higher.
In reality, membership for the PPA is not free. So at least I am getting a free membership along with $5.
I do strongly encourage any americans who enjoy playing poker to sign up for this as soon as possible. | | Static Link |

I don't work for party.
I do play poker in the US and would like to be able to continue doing so.
I'm not surprised that I'm accused of working for party. Mainly, I found a bonus, modest though it is, and wanted to share because I really like this site. It's helped me make a lot of money I otherwise would not have. | | Static Link |
| Posted by: benzazoom at March 13, 2006, 6:02 pm | | Topic: Poker Players Alliance -- 5 dollars free from Party Poker Forum: Bonus Whores | If you sign up for Poker Players Alliance via Party Poker (US players only), you pay 20 dollars from Neteller, IGMPAY, ePassport, etc. and they put 25 in your account with no restrictions. You also get a free t-shirt.
What's more is that if you're a US player you probably want Poker Players Alliance to do its thing which is to do advocacy and lobbying work to keep poker free in the US.
You also get a free t-shirt.
Unless you need that 20 dollars in the next 3-6 hours, this is a modest, but solid deal.
I just did it with no problems. | | Static Link |
