I have learned that now the hard way. I knew that you couldn't have 2 active accounts and play them at the same time, but after leaving GAMBLERS PALACE for such a long period of time, I just rejoined as per their e-mail promotion request. I had a new computer with a new server, so my info was different and I didn't even remember my old user codes from the inactive account. So I thought that was the right way to go. I never thought that they would use something so lame as an inactive account to deny me payment. But as you say it just invites trouble and they didn't hesitate to take advantage of me.

The reason for their refusal to pay me is that I had an account with them from Feb. to Aug. 2000 where I had the nerve to win before and they have no plans on paying me again. Having more than one account is always trouble.
Not taking the casinos side, but anytime a player has more than one account, problems will occur.

The Unified Gaming Casino GAMBLERS PALACE has chosen to deny my withdrawal of over $25,000 proving that once again the casinos of Unified Gaming DO NOT PAY the players that win big amounts. After months of losing on their casino, I finally turned it around and ran my account up to this large amount by placing large wagers on their online craps table. When I tried to make a withdrawal my account was frozen with an INVALID PASSWORD message and my account was placed under audit. Where was this audit all those months that I was losing and making deposits? I would like to place an INVALID CASINO message on their casino website.
Eventually I was informed that GAMBLERS PALACE would not honor any of my redemptions and that I should stop bothering them because they were keeping my money and I should just go away. The reason for their refusal to pay me is that I had an account with them from Feb. to Aug. 2000 where I had the nerve to win before and they have no plans on paying me again.
