'To earn your bonus - You MUST first transfer your bonus amount from your "Cashier Bonus Account" to your "Poker Bonus Account" in the "My Account" area of our site before earning poker bonus points to achieve your bonus. Failure to do so will result in your play NOT being put towards earning your bonus. '
After clearing the first $100 batch, which is the maximum one can transfer in one go, I was going to move the next $100 'free money' from regular account to the poker account 'free money' (just as instructed by the Bayou admin via email). This did not work and after email contact with the Bayou admin he told me to take it to customer support. However, I have a strong feeling that there are some filthy BW here that might have stumbled upon the same problem so I thought that I might just aswell post it and perhaps get information from Bayou here via Mike.
Ideas?
