I think there is alidity to most of what they publish. As to whether the numbers are a net win or a positive session which could include the player's deposit or however much he/she started that session with, I don't know. If I deposit 10k and close out my session with 11k. I suppose they could legitimately say I had an 11k winning session. I'm sure we could find someone to answer the question though. As for those numbers you mention, I don't feel they are all that overwhelming at all if that's like over a month. I play Intercasino almost everyday, and they easily top all of the numbers you have up there combined over a span of a month. Easily. Shxt they might even double that. As far as English Harbor goes, I'm pretty sure that would include all three of their casinos. Additionally, I think they have probably gotten a lot of action since they put the new software on line. That got a lot of publicity and with larger bonus, I can see those numbers working.
Speaking of Intercasino, I gotta go. 11:00 t... | | Read Entire Entry |

I was thinking of the taxation implications by your IRS. After all every single wager has an outcome :confused.

Who said "Figures lie and liars figure"?
I think he was a former IRS Commissioner.
Only once have I been listed as a big winner of the week. It was at the now defunct Flying Dragon Casino and I was really lucky to get paid before they closed down. The win was only a few thousand dollars, so don't blame me for the demise of Tropika. These lists are so suspect that I don't pay attention to any of them.

Well who knows how the numbers are calculated. However every bet is tracked online. So I could buy in for $100, give $1000 in action, have no net change, cash out $100 and be reported as winning $450 (losing $450 and tying $100).
Trader, would you just love to report your winnings using this method?

I have no idea whether this list is true or not. I believe many of these casino winner lists are bogus. This one seems crazy at first but I do remember reading an article one time about "whales." Whales are what the casinos call the real high rollers in which there are only a handful in the world.
This article (or discussion) specifically mentioned English Harbour as one in casinos which a particular whale would bet millions of dollars per session at, I forget some of the others he may have played. I remember he had one millions from one then lost millions at another.
With 95% of the casinos out there I would say this list was totally bogus, but with this one it is possible.
Who knows for sure?

Recently there was a discussion about the winner lists that casinos make public. Today I received an e-mail from English Harbour that contained a big winner lists, and even went as far as to sugget that these winnings had taken place recently. So based on my interpretation of "recent big winners", I would assume that it was a list compiled over say 2 to 3 weeks (and that is a generous time frame.) Let's here what everyone has to think about this list
Blackjack----725,000
Jacks or Better-----475,000
Caribbean Stud-------461,000
B.J.----------373,000
Aces and Faces---------275,000
I left out names given, but this is the order and game played to allegedly win these large amounts.
I think this list is a bunch of B*@#S*#$! Or at least the letter is mis-leading, and the list really represents winners since they opened for business.
