Well, look on the bright side. It will be easier to find the unauthorized transactions on your statement because there won't be any casino charges.
"Visa has announced that it will be fining the issuing bank US$25,000 per casino for every incorrectly identified transaction. Institutions that continue to process these transactions will be subject to escalating fines and the merchant account will be cancelled."

From the above website.
Has anybody ever had a restaraunt charge go through two weeks later? Or a gas station charge? Just as a comparison.

Dear Clients, this was the response given by the merchant processors to our Administrative manager in regards to the delay in the charges appearing on the credit card statements.
HI Andy,
Very interesting. I can tell you that it is not the credit card processor and more than likely this has to do with the issuing bank. Most players are miss-informed on the process behind credit card transactions. I have found that the majority of players that are receiving late purchases or late credits are VISA/DEBIT card holders or MC/DEBIT card holders. We are still in the process of figuring out why these debits and credits are lagging behind other transactions.

I received this reply from the casino
..."Please be aware that the transactions may be recognized in your credit card statement as: http://www.securit-e.ws/, “SF-COMPECASH” and/or www.gfslonline.com/003
At this moment some of our customers are experiencing a delay on the appearance of the charges on the credit card statement... Of course, we already contacted the corresponding credit card processors and this was their response:

P.S: I guess this will be the same with Vegas Casino Online and Twin Aces Casino as they are sister casinos

That may ery well be true, and if so, I would encourage the casino to get another processor.
Because this is ridiculous. Casino support is already chaotic, now, players can't even get their transactions to show up with the correct dates on their bills?
Geddoudahere! Now we're talking about how many parties? The casino. The casino's incompetent credit card processor. The credit card issuing bank. The customer.
No wonder my credit card's issuing bank now refuses to honor any transactions with gfsonline.

I can understand your concerns, but let me give you the explanation for this issue.
It seems that the transactions made through some processors (as Gateway and Cimcash) takes, in some cases, at least 15 days to be shown on the Credit Card statements. For that reason some of you can get to think that the casino is charging money to your accounts with no authorization.
The transactions details (reports)are been sent with certain delay so in spite of the fact that the purchases were done two or three weeks before, they'll appear in your statement with a different date. For example, if you deposited $100 on October 12th, the transaction could appear as made on November 2nd.
For my Vegas Casino Online and Las Vegas USA Casino accounts, the transactions appear as: www.gfslonline.com/003
My advice is that before initiating any chargeback process you should contact your casino immediately after you detect those transactions and they will gladly help you with this matter. | | Read Entire Entry |

OPA Mary said "You should have no problems getting hte charge reversed and it will not affect your credit history with casinos."
Mary, please give me more info. I do not want to jeopardize my onine casino accounts. I regularly play at RTG Casinos and I do not want to be banned by GFSLOnline.
They haven't responded to my email from yesterday. I am going to give them few more weeks to do the right thing. I have 60 calendar days to file a chargeback. I will wait till the 57th day to give them a chance to do the right thing on their own.

I can only second Mary's comments on this one. The odds are ery high the charges are for porn sites.
I just had another problem with GFS cleared up today. Five transactions handled by GFS for Vegas Casino Online and Las Vegas USA Casino were just posted to my Visa account today. The date of the transactions were supposed to be October 12 and October 15. No one seems to know the reason for the extreme lag in posting the transactions. The fault may lie with my bank, but is more likely just another problem at GFS.

Call your credit card issuer and ask for information about the merchant. They should be able to give a phone number. COntact the merchant and discuss the charges: as you do all this, keep a running log of all this on your computer.
My guess is, that it is a subscription charge for an online pornography site. You will either encounter an answering machine and never talkt to a live person, or, you will talk to a live person who will agree to reverese the charges.
If they do not do so, file a fraudulent charge complaint with your credit card issuer; include a copy of your log to show that you attempted to contact the merchant.
You should have no problems getting hte charge reversed and it will not affect your credit history with casinos.
It will be, however, a black mark on gfsonline, and they may find themselves blocked as a credit card processor because of letting through these kinds of bogus charges. This is not the first time this has happened. My credit card compan... | | Read Entire Entry |

This morning there were two $20 charges from gfslonline.com on my electronic credit card statement. I haven't made any $20 purchases recently. I do not want to cancel my credit card as that would entail sending new faxback forms to about 100 different casinos. There are no codes after "www.gfslonline.com". I sent an email to them asking them to investigate this matter.
Do they answer emails?
Does anyone have a phone number for them?
Have they resolved previous cases?
I would appreciate any information anyone of you has about dealing with gfslonline
