Well said, DonGambler and CPA.
Bossmedia should be ashamed of itself.
I have been a player at thier casinos for over 4 years and have always considered them honest and trustwothy until now.
Dirk is right about thier arrogance.
Cybercroupier has STOLEN money from players,
and Bossmedia is TOLERATING this.
SHAME ON YOU, BOSSMEDIA/WEBDOLLAR.
Thier games may be random (for now), but Bossmedia can no longer be trusted, ever again, to do the right thing for players.
NEGATIVE PUBLICITY from this matter will affect thier overall profitability.
Unless Bossmedia assures player satisfaction, I will NEVER defend them again.

Perhaps it is what Caruso is undergoing a change of thoughts. Fine.

I have to admit, I really didn't expect caruso to get admitted to the Bonus Abuser Club quite so fast.
Still stand by this post?

In summary, a bunch of bonus scammers tried it on, were paid substantially before the casino got its act together and stopped them before they wrecked it for everyone, and now the scammers are screaming like a bunch of spoilt children because thet didn't get as much as they wanted.

The bonus was given and it became real money according to WebDollars bonus system once the bonus balance was down to zero. This was then the players money. Correct? In that case it is not a bonus or a promotion issue. It was the players money. It is now a payout issue which I believe is webdollars department. Correct?
Webdollar-- please correct me if I'm wrong.

I suppose it's nice that Web Dollar responded. Would have nicer if they would have responded with something we didn't already know or offer a solution to achieve customer satisfaction from a licensee.
In as much as they are distancing themselves from the situation, I beleive they need to step up to the plate here and take a swing!
The fact that there is obviuosly SOME miscarrige of justice,(I,m sure some are justified too), this is exactly the kind of thing that hurts the entire industry. If they do not take whatever steps are needed to ensure fair and honest treatment to the players by THEIR licensee's, why would the players expect anything different from the other 4000 Boss/Web Dollar Casinos??
Here we go again. One of the biggest providers with what I consider to be TOP SHELF software, is leaving it up to the players to fight for their money from one of their licensee's. Going back 5 weeks is not appropriate either.
I would have bet the bank that this would NEV... | | Read Entire Entry |

What's that?? Carsuo calling a casino crooks? Caruso, this is the same thing Sci Fi did.. decided after the fact that they were going to remove bonuses and winnings. Why aren't they crooks in your opinion caruso?
Anyway, Wasn't BOSS/webdollar media quoted in an article on this site as saying they will back their licensees up? Why shouldn't that pertain to theft as well as not being able to pay winnings? Maybe the two are going hand in hand here. Cyber Croupier can't pay these huge $10 bonus because they are going broke.
Come on BOSS Media and Webdollar, you can do better then that.

This would be the same casino "manager" (he can "manage" anything?) who states:-
" I reserve the right to end or modify any promotion at anytime, disqualify any player attempting to abuse such promotions and in the event of bonus abuse, oid bonuses earned. I also reserve the right to levy a 6% administration charge against any player found to be abusing casino promotions."
In other words, he "clearly states" that he will RETROACTIVELY REMOVE bonuses, at his discretion and as he sees fit, probably thus leaving the player at a LOSS with regard to his initial deposit, AND charge him 6% OF HIS REMAINING BALANCE into the bargain?
Well well, another crook. Let's hope his group's blacklisted poste-haste.

Dear Player,
As you might be familiar with, the Cyber Croupier Casinos (RBC,ORC,WOM,MEN,MIN) have decided to lock the casino accounts of some players that have attempted to abuse their promotions and pay customers with a positive accountsum. This is not WebDollar's or Boss Media's decision but the decision of the owners of the Cyber Croupier Group that have the sole responibility over marketing and promotion issues. As you can read from the text below forwarded from the Cyber Croupier Group, all players will receive back the total account sum less the alue of the bonuses received since Oct 1st 2001. All payments are sent out by today No 16th 2001.
Best Regards
