When Dr.Ho first went on-line , I tried
to open an account. For some reason, I
was unable to.
I e-mailed their support team and received
a reply 14 days later. I e-mailed their
support team a second time in reply to
the first e-mail and it took an additional
14 days for them to answer me. They did
not have a telephone number at the time.
At least, not a toll-free one .
Obviously, the customer service was substandard so I decided to pass on them.
Even with my high-speed connection, it
took me a while to download the casino
software.A lot of the software download
had to do with the introductory part which
shows a Cyber-Ho playing a card game and
drawing an unbelievable hand. It portrays
Ho as some sort of gambling superman. The
man is not a gambler - he is a monopolistic
businessman which is a much better position
to be in. If he was a real gambler, he would
not place such low monthly withdrawal limits

I know Dr. Stanley Ho too well about his deeds. He's just held a grandeur million-dollar 80 years old Birthday Party a few days ago in HK- congratulations! Being 80, look like 65, humorous, spiritual & energetic, having 4 wifes, he still has the charisma to be admired by many women. Don't be jealous!.... He has been successful in many aspects but one biggest weakness about him is in the area of management and customer service.
As we can see, he ran his empire of Macau casinos for 40 years, which had been notorious for treating customers like opponents(yes, casinos & players are opponents by nature, but should be wiser not to show it). Walking in their casinos, seeing no smiles from the staff but eyes of searching, you don't feel the thankfulness of patronizing. Also, the worst part is keeping a portion of winner's chips in case of consecutive wins. If the winner says no, the croupier won't give up at first, if the winner insists no in the end, the croupiers will look angrily in the face... | | Read Entire Entry |

For the record, we've had nothing but problems with the site ever since the beginning (when they had their custom 76 MEG download!!!) ...God, can you imagine?
Anyway, when they released their boss ersion, we figured we would give them another try...we still have not been able to get far enough to grade them! (sounds like the same problems you had.)
...also as you've stated, repeated attempts to contact somebody who seems to know (or care) have not been successful.
...so...ya.

That happens to me too sometimes....-) Its not really connected with automation. Automation is good but if it handled by incompetent persons then its extremely frustrating. Sometimes i wonder if they are really incompetent..or the customer staff just want to get rid of you as soon as possible - to continue enjoying their free time -

Sounds like automation or language hassles - either way it's not good enough and I can understand your frustration.
The only thing I would suggest is an email to Boss in Antigua, where they have their casino liaison office. Maybe they can rattle someone in casino management's cage.

Well, after five cycles of email requests, I think I've given Dr. Ho's support staff a fair chance.
The Boss software won't work (except for deposits!) and I can't get through to anyone to address it. They just send me a form letter saying uninstall, redownload, and reinstall, which I have done twice.
These @#$%^&* supprt people do not even read the second *^%&^%$ sentence of my email to find out I've already done the reinstall thing, they just send the same form letter again and again.
Not even the second sentence!!!!
