MrStiv,
I have great news for you and everyone else who wonders why they have to wait say 5 days for a Paypal withdrawal. The reason is EFS does them for most World Gaming Licenses and because of the numerous transactions get get put in the mix. Starting September 1, 2001, we will be doing all the processing ourselves and that means even better customer service and faster payouts. We will be coming out with Visa cards that we will issue and will pay you directly on these cards.
As for the games issue, We will be lauching World Gaming new software in about a month or two. We want our Football to start of smoothly and then we will launch.
Now that i have answered your questions I guess I will have to stop spamming. Now what will i do ?? LOL

I don't think it's "spam" for Craig to defend his casino: a blanket accusation that included his casino was made, and he merely wanted to point out why the accusation didn't apply to his operation.
BTW, I have always received fast and courteous customer service at Pyramid Casino. It's about the only place I will play online. My only gripe is that more games are needed (more are supposed to be on the way), and that PayPal withdrawals take 3-5 business days -- it sure doesn't take that long for the money to go from my PayPal account into the casino ;-)

I have seen previous threads where people
have been upset that management of some
of these casinos do not frequent the
boards because they do not care.
And then Craig gets on the board to make
a straightforward response to my accusation-
amd now he is perceived as out-of-line spammer.
Geeeeeeeez!!

Craig, I think you run a reputable operation with excellent support. However, stop trying to deny your a spammer. You spammed in another thread of mine also. Cleverly disguised as an actually message, but spam nonetheless.

I think Starnets support is starting to get better. Last year I remember playing at a bunch and on occassion when I needed help the support often never even heard of the casino! But lately they seem more on the ball, at least in my eyes.
FactorX, I think Jetset was refering to the thin line between helping players out and spam.
Since Craig is the manager at Pryamid, who is Mike. Wasn't there a Pyramid Mike before. I thought he was the manager.

I would like to comment that I agree
with Craig that Pyramid Casino may be
one of the exceptions to my generalized
comment about World Gaming
casinos.
Pyramid Casino , from my understanding,
is one of the largest , if not the
largest World Gaming casino. They are
one of the "independent" casinos that
offer their own customer support.
However, many of the other World Gaming
casinos handle their support out of
Antigua and the customer support is
lacking - not for lack of trying on
the part of the customer service reps
that work for them . It appears to me
that there is a lack of communication
between World Gaming management and
customer support.
I have had average to good customer support
from Antigua when dealing with other
casino sites. However, the customer support
for World Gaming there oftentimes cannot
come up with straightforward answers to
simple questions about their associate... | | Read Entire Entry |

Hi XFactor,
I am a World Gaming Licensee, www.pyramidcasino.com . It is not fair for you to say to beware of all World gaming casinos. Because of some of the reasons that you have stated, we have always provided our own customer support. To say Management is not competent is not fair. I would definitely agree with you on this point in the past, but I know first hand they have totally turned around and are definitely headed in a positive direction. I do agree with you that their customer service is not up to par. More and more of their successful licensees do offer their own customer support, as we do. If you were to try us out, you will see that we are run ours much more professionally than the regular world gaming licenses.

Problem Resolution : WG blew their original
server. Their backup server did not have
the same account information as their
original server(should not a backup have
the same information as the original?).
Anyway , those who were blocked are now
allowed access to their accounts. WG never
did contact me to explain what happened.
I found this out from someone with another
account who was told this by a WG contact.
For a good part of the afternoon I was told
that it must be my fault. Customer service,
not just at casino sites but anywhere for
that matter, is oftentimes maddening.
This is my first experience with a WG site
and it has been an unpleasant one.
By the way, I remember years ago when one
had a problem and wanted to speak to someone
in charge they were told the "boss is at
a meeting." Now , the perpetual refrain
is that the " the server is down." I have
been hearing that a... | | Read Entire Entry |

I recently opened an account with my first
World Gaming casino - Casino Unreal.
They offer a unique betting interface
for those who wish to wager on parimutuels.
I deposited money with them yesterday
through their affiliated financial
company EFS. I wagered yesterday. Today
I am locked out from my account. My
username and password will not be accepted
by them. Numerous phone calls to their
Antigua-based customer service number
have resulted in the same answer - there
is nothing wrong on their part.
I spoke with someone who also has an
account with this site and he also cannot
access his account.
I do not believe there is any malicious
wrongdoing on the part of Starnet or
World Gaming as they now call themselves.
The problem is that the company and personnel
are incompetent and that they honestly do
not know what they are doing.
I hooked up with this casino for only one
reason - to ... | | Read Entire Entry |
