Lets hope it MG software with Vegas USA doing the banking. I would love to find a MG casino that doesn't involve proccyber, extended reversal times and gives Vegas USA's fast payment to Australia. I like some of the MG games but the hassle with Proccyber and the sending delays put me off.

Still I have a soft spot for the original casino software- it gave me my ery first win that generated a cheque and I don't go broke using it (probably because I can't reverse). It was also the first place I deposited a 100 (with at the time a large gulp and dose of guilt!)if only I had stuck to 25c machines and deposits of that size!

I had wondered in the past why most of the casinos offering the same deals as VegasUSA did not allow US/Canadian players. Even more interesting, is that the software provider wants a casino named "VegasUSA" to stop allowing these players.

It will be interesting to see them continue their "three day by UPS" policy. I really like that aspect of their CS.

He didn't say "largest", he said "bigger" - but I had exactly the same reaction you did, especially considering some of the other "reasons" such as new games every month and "by far the most popular" which is usually attributed only to one of the three

"Biggest selection of games" would be Microgaming in the three he mentions. Interesting.

VEGASUSA IS CHANGING SOFTWARE!!

Here is a quote from Alan at VegasUSA:

"Recently our existing software provider applied pressure to stop us from accepting US and Canadian wagers. We refused to do so since nothing in our contract prohibits VegasUSA from taking wagers from ANY jurisdiction it wishes. This change in policy would also effect the income of the casino and its affiliates. We attempted to negotiate a smooth transition to a new software provider that would allow us to continue to accept US and Canadian wagers. Our current software provider was unwilling to negotiate and give us the time necessary to make a seamless transition.

Over the Thanksgiving Holiday our existing software provider, without sufficient warning, forced VegasUSA to stop accepting NEW US and Canadian customers' wagers. Existing US and Canadian players will be able to continue to wager. Any new isitors that are sent to VegasUSA will be required to select where they reside prior to downloading the ...

"does anyone know if there is a way to erify that the casino uses a random number generator and if so, is this number generator built into the software or is it web-based?"

As far as I know, there's no way to erify anything; if you gamble online, you takes your chances with the so-called RNGs. That said, RTG is the one software the "RNG" of which I've had no qualms about, to date.

Check out paypalcasinos.com or firepaycasinos.com. They are "spin offs" of our main site that you may find useful. I would suggest starting with the higher rated sites and giving them a call directly. (The numbers are listed below each listing.)

As far as VegasUSA goes, the feedback there has been consistently good. I had once acted as a "go between" with a customer who did not feel the software was dealing enough "push" hands in BJ, but the problem was solved quickly and amicably. (The customer I believe switched over to their download ersion and was happy with the managment's reply to his concerns.)

i play at egas usa all the time and up until recently had realy good luck. they offer a 10% deposit on all firepay and paypal deposits which used to be instant. now you have to send several emails and then, maybe, they give you the 10%. since the first time i complained about this (to them) i cant win a hand and never seem to be up whereas i used to almost always win. does anyone know if there is a way to erify that the casino uses a random number generator and if so, is this number generator built into the software or is it web-based? im also wondering about other peoples experiences at egas usa. i like it because of the fast payouts but i was wondering if anyone knows a good casino that will deposit winnings above the initial deposit back into a paypal or firepay account. thanks.

Glad to hear it, Dave!

VegasUSA has been around for quite some time now - and I hear ery few complaints about them.

I do agree, however, that a phone number would be useful. I'm an email kinda person myself - allows me to keep records of everything - but I can see where a phone would come in handy.

My cashin issue was resolved today. It took much longer than expected, but the result was to my satisfaction, and I received some extra $$ to boot, so I guess I can't complain. They still, however, refuse to give me thier phone #. The live chat is back up and running perfectly. Thier email is servers are now fixed, as I just tested them. And I received apology from the manager, and another apology from the network admin:

Dear VegasUSA Customer
Thank you for the opportunity to assist you.
My name is Arturo L. Customer Support Manager for eCasino-Services //

I would like to personally apologize for not being able to offer you
excellence in Customer Service as eCasino-Services normally does.
Lately we have experienced some problems with our email server that have
prevented us from receiving messages from customers. However, this problem
has affected only a small portion of our clients but sadly, you were in that
portion affected.

Yes, the software has been upgraded, and this I can confirm. The Firepay option has been added to the ecash area. Also, a player only has to logon ONE TIME to play all the games, instead of logging on again each time they play a different game. I've never been a fan of this software, but I was enticed by the buyin for $1 and get a $30 bonus. I not only did this at VegasUSA but at the 2 other casinos they are affiliated with--
casinopearl.com
europeangaming.com

So, for $3 I got $90 and managed to win about 500. I was happy with how quick I got paid, and used them ever since. But recently, I was overcome with disappointment.
I hate to see good casinos go bad. This is 1 of only 4 casino groups I patronize that don't list a phone # on thier site. I can understand that certain casinos don't want to pay for an 800#, but why not make a regular phone # available to higher limit players. Sheeesh.

Thanks Spear!

I am beginning to think the problem is not deliberate, but simply a mishap with thier servers. It appears they recently changed websites, and changed all email addresses on thier previous website to new email addresses. Thier previous website is still live and can be iew at:
www.vegasusa.com/quickstart.htm
(The page backround is blue)

The new website has pages with a green backround.

Nevertheless, management should have discovered the mishap a week ago.

Well, up until a few days ago i havent cashed out anything (in about 2 months)at Vegas USA but right now im expecting a check from a cashout on Fri. I haven had any problems in the past. Ive dealt with their customer service ia email from within the casino software and have been satisfied. On a number of occasions the software froze right after I made a bet then the bet was gone/lost when I logged back on. I emailed support and they deposited my lost bet for twice the lost amount within 24hrs. This hasnt happened in about 4 months. Ill post when I get the check.

I'm trying to get to the bottom of this as well. But it appears to me they are having problems with their email server, or perhaps worse.

I have had nothing but problems with VegasUSA lately. I've been using them for a ery long time, and have deposited thousands with them. (Naprinel Inc)

The live chat facility has been down.

They have no phone # so I cannot call them.

Noone answered my emails for 4 days. I sent them over 15 emails, and no reply, so I came to the conclusion that either thier servers were down, or they just packed up and disappeared with my money.

I went to network solutions and tracked down the network admin to the site, who promptly apologized, and said he would personally resolve the email problems with management.

I finally did contact a CSR who tried her best to resolve my cashin issue. After 4-5 emails back and forth between us, I wasn't satisfied with the answer she gave, so I asked her to forward my message to management. Its been another few days, and NO REPLY. I emailed management myself several times, and NO REPLY. These guys pride themselves on what wonderful customer...

I play at Vegas USA all the time. I was just wondering if anyone else does and if anyone ever hit a royal flush there. I just won 350$ there yesterday. I wanted to know if there was another place that mails the checks out as fast. Vegas USA seems ery fair. They have always been good about sending checks. They use ups and even email you a tracking #. Sorry if i wasnt clear in my intention.

Affiliate links are uncool. Especially if you're asking if the place is ok. What are you saying here, "Hey, if it's dishonest and you lose money, thanks for giving me some."?

Does anyone play at Vegas USA? Ive been playing there and have had pretty good luck, but im still waiting to hit a royal flush. Im wondering if there is another online casino that pays out as fast. If you havent checked it out yet, you get a 30$ instant bonus for buying at least 1$ on your first purchase. The thing that sucks about this place is that there is no reward program.
Heres the link (I added my affiliate id, hehe):Vegas USA

Just hang out in here Jerry, its cheaper and entertaining.
Spearmaster, you can play at VegasUsa and don't even worry about the check taking six months...they don't send any so you don't have that problem. They have a NOCASHOUT policy! (the newest solution to cashout problems)

Well, there are always winners and losers in every game and every casino. If you had found yourself losing, you should have stopped earlier. I have had no problems with it, payouts are fast and staff are efficient.
