Forum: Bonus Whores | Don't know if this has been mentioned before but if you go into the Cashier within the software and check the My Account section, the BetFred Points balance always seems to be exactly 3X the number of raked hands that support tells me I have played.
So it appears that 1 raked hand = 3 BetFred points. So when you hit 7500 BetFred points, you should have cleared the full $250 bonus. Could save some people a lot of support email trying to find out where they are at with the bonus. | | Static Link |

I just singed up at betfred and put in 250$, but it does not show a pending bonus on the my account page. Support told me only that the bonus would be credited after i played 2500 raked hands, but that was not my qoustion. Did the Bonus show up while you were playing your hands?

Forum: Bonus Whores | I know this is a repost, but I haven't seen much threads related to Betfred in over a month..just wanted to say, I FINALLY completed my raked hand requirements today and on a positive note I went up a good amount too (after being down a lot initially).. Customer support is great since there's live help..Games are pretty soft, lots of players call with nothing or second/third best hand..it took me my final 500 hands to break even and go up $80 but I am very pleased..most of the time there's 3000+ players, a few 1/2, 2/4 and .5/1 tables, lots of NL tables too..
They also credit you with your bonus if you talk to Live Help or email them after you gety our hands done.. You can check how many raked hands you have by either talking to CS or just multiplying dealt hands by 0.6 (that's what I found, may not be 100% accurate)..
I will update everyone on how my cashout goes..
