Trustworthy was a better choice of words. They do occasionally experience delays, but in this case trustworthy is most appropriate.
Have you checked to see if your points are there yet?

Hey - how're ya doin', WoodyO!
I was up in BC six weeks back and was deeply impressed by the beauty of the area and the friendly folks. And the Canadian salmon!

Well ... trustworthy. My experience as a new player was to have to go through 6 - 10 emails and the same number of reps to get clarification. Of course I didn't know the right questions but their limited and terse, canned answers were frequently confusing and generated more correspondence than necessary.
For some reason I couldn't cash out casino rewards recently until I hit $80. Maybe it was the minimal play since I was losing consistently.
Looks like Jetset was in simultaneous agreement .

I have noticed some delays in points being credited to my Casino Rewards account recently, but they always get there eventually and they even gave me an extra $40 for the delay once. I like the concept of combining comp points for play at Golden Tiger, Blackjack Ballroom, and Strike It Lucky. You reach redemption levels faster that way and none are wasted if you decide to play only one of them after trying all three. For the high rollers out there, you can now bet $2000 on the single deck blackjack game and $4000 in the multihand ersion. They must have some of those. My $70,000 play in one month did not put me in the top 100 for November.

Thanks for your Reply Spearmaster.
I just wonder why didn't the casino tell me the correct way to claim the bonus? In fact, I was told the bonus is no longer available.
On the other hand, Gaming Club casino also refused to give me the sign up bonus as they offer in advertisments.

They still have the $10 bonus.
However, this bonus is deposited as bonus points in the corresponding Casino Rewards account (http://www.casinorewards.com) - so go sign up there, associate your accounts with your Casino Rewards account and you should find the correct number of points waiting for you.
If you have done all this and there are no points please let me know. The people behind this operation are absolutely reliable.
Also, if you could, either post the email which says they are not giving away the $10 anymore, or else email a copy to me at webmaster@got2bet.com .

It is GoldenTigerCasino.com
I can see their banner everywhere on internet. Most of the promotional sites state that this GoldenCheaterCasino offers free $10 for everyone who registers as a real player at their casino.
I did register, and sent several emails to their support department. None of them was replied until my 6th Email. Someone from the casino told me that they no longer provide the $10 bonus.
I don't mind to get the $10 bonus or not. But why didn't the casino reply my first Email to tell me the truth?
The casino wants to attract more players so they offer such a bonus - Yes, please register, but the casino isn't going to give you what they promised, and isn't willing to tell you the truth.
A bunch of Cheaters.
