It could have something to do with how much the player is owed. Much easier to pay $100 than $1000. And the ones who are paid will usually shout down the one who is not paid.
Just a thought.

The original question was how we rated the software. I like RTG software simply because the Blackjack game plays ery ery fast, making it quick to play through the wagering requirements for bonuses. It is true that the slowest pay casinos seem to be RTG casinos, but some RTG casinos are also the quickest paying. My recent experience is:
Casino Merlin: will not (or can't) pay.
Casino Online: pays in less than a week.
Five Roses: 2 to 3 weeks to pay.
Twin Aces: 6 to 7 weeks to pay.
OnLuck: two weeks to pay.
Golden Comps: two weeks to pay.
Netclub: 3 to 4 days to pay.
Grand Banks: 1 week to pay.
Vegas Strip: 2 - 3 months to pay.
Black Widow: 1 week to pay.
Casino Extreme: 3 to 4 days to pay.
Just my experience, not an endorsement. Apparently, different players are treated quite differently at these casinos. It would be nice to understand why some players get stalled while others get paid.

I wagered at more than 20 MicroGaming and RTG casino. The main differences between MicroGaming and Real Time Gaming Casino are:
1) In MicroGaming, it is not unusual to lose 8 games or even more in a row, especially in blackjack. There are several times I strictly applied the Perfect Strategy to play the blackjack games: longest losing steak - 11 games in a row, longest winning steak - 3 games in a row.
In RTG, for blackjack games: longest losing steak - 7 games in a row, longest winning steak - 6 games in a row. In addition, I have to warn you that there was 1 time I lost mroe than 10 games in a row in Pai Gow Poker in a RTG casino.
2) Because of 1), undoubtedly MicroGaming casino would earn much more than RTG casino , that's why most of my friends receive cheques from MicroGaming (I never receive a cheque from MircoGaming since their games are too tough)
In RTG, it is not unusual for a player to wait for a few months to receive their winnings, or even deposits. I hav... | | Read Entire Entry |

PICK MICROGAMING!!
Most of the RTG games are better then MG games in my opinion. However, RTG casinos are getting such a bad reputation that it will catch up with them soon. A bunch of them will currently admit to financial problems and that they simply can't afford to pay all players yet. Quite a few of them have been bouncing checks occasionally too. Add to it their association to Safebet whom most players now know is just a scam.
It is a damn shame too because even the good RTG's will be hurt by the bad ones and Realtime Gaming won't do a damn thing about it, they continue to let casinos that have stolen money form players to operate.
Micorgaming are much more trust worthy, they have better slots too, which has to be good for any casino. Just pay the extra money Microgaming if your going to start a casino. Unless your planning on stealing and cheating players, then pick RTG.
