Piggs Peak is owned by a land based casino of the same name in Swaziland (Southern Africa). I am not sure about the licensing but I have played at the land based casino and online casino and have had good experiences at both.

Lasseter's is actually regulated in Australia; it was the only online casino to squeak in before the politicians unlegalized online gaming! It is owned and operated by a land casino.
They recently had a software upgrade, so you might want to try thema gain.

Thanks to everyone for the replies. Have done a little more research available on this site.A lot of good info here.
Have a question about Lasseters. As far as being regulated by their govt., do you think I can take that to mean that fair gaming is strictly enforced? In other words not exactly part of this mostly "self regulated industry"?
Actually I had signed up with them several months ago and I don't know what the problem is but everything loads and plays sooo slowww. I have tried several times but find myself dozing off while waiting.
Also have downloaded Piggs Peak(reco. by fairbet)mostly like it except for the chip size choices for Baccarat (inherent with Microgaming?)---VegasUSA-- AND
Casino on Net which I played with last summer and what soured me on playing real money online.
Any way I am checking things out again.
Thanks again.

www.crowngames.com, like Lasseters, is fully regulated. They may still be working on their customer service, however.
www.atlantiscasino.com is owned by Sun International, a high-end land casino operator.
I think all the Cryptologic sites--William Hill, Kiwi, Sands, Intercasino etc. are fair. They do have that match bonus that is poorly structured, however.

I like the above three choices. I would probably add Lassetters and Victor Chandler to the list.

In my ery humble opinion
1. Intercasino (http://www.intercasino.com)
2. King Solomons (http://www.kscasino.com)
3. Captain Cooks Casino (http://www.captaincookscasino.com)
Intercasino uses Cryptologic, King Solomons uses Cytech, and Captain Cooks uses Microgaming. I have played at all of these and received payouts promptly.

1. I dont think any casino uses different software for play mode, at least none that Im aware of. However, general consensus says that the payout is higher in play mode across the board. Not that you could really prove it easily, but I think thats generally accepted.
2. Rigged software? Depends on your defintion of rigged. I've yet to see a casino where I feel the cards are truly "random". Some come close to it. On the other side, I think its rare to see a truly rigged casino where its that obvious.
3. Plenty of them, do a search.

Can anyone name 2-3 online casinos that they feel without a doubt
does not:
1. use one software for demo games and another for real money play
2. does not use rigged software with programmed strategy to ensure the player will be beaten
3. can and will pay winnings (if any)
