I've just read thread about Mr. Staw from the RTG that has promised to establish a form where one can complain about non-payment of winnings as my own. I hope that he is not cruel enough to give me hope once again and then nothing will happen like time and time again.

Ditto; out of all the casinos I've played, the infamous Tracy is the only CSR to date to actually be rude to me, regarding an attempt to welch on my deposit refund. In the end, I screamed so loud (on BJ21 and directly to her) that she went all sweetness and light, and they sent me a check swiftly. Of course, this was only a deposit refund, I wasn't attempting to get their wallets open.
You didn't lose any of your own money, so forget it; Email Tracy and tell her you're going to post warnings on every online gambling related website about Powerbet - and do it. And enjoy it.

I'd say you can pretty well forget about it. Powerbet is another RTG site that skims the edge on bonuses. They will not send you any money. There is noone/nowhere to make them pay you any money.
