Makes me feel a little better also.

Like you,I have researched to find one that might be honest and responsible.

Intercasino is the one I had about decided to try. Was waiting on your resolution matter.

I did send Ryan Hartley an email several days ago and received a reply fairly promptly.More than I can say for some others I have contacted.

Thanks for sharing.

Yup, I'm going to continue to play. I do feel better about InterCasino although I don't like how it all transpired. I suppose I could work on cooling my jets instead of chewing donuts in my underwear.

Waiting for several days and having to keep calling back is frustrating but I think we've all learned something tho... TM

martintg

Has the handling of your situation changed you mind about closing your account?

Did that give you the confidence to continue to play there?

RESOLUTION...

First of all, I probably would never have posted here and would have given InterCasino more time to resolve the problem if I hadn't felt jerked around. I live in Las Vegas (Henderson) and my distrust of these operations runs deep.

I initially gave Gary a bad rap and I'm ery sorry. He evidently did try to return calls but my system rejects blocked callerID and I was not here to hear the phone ring.

Here's the deal... Gary got me to go back into the craps game to see if my bets were still laying on the table. I had not been back in there since I had exited the game on 1/23. Sure enough, they are still in place on the table and my balance shows $325. I remove the bets again, just as I had done on 1/23, and exit the game. I re-enter the craps game and my bets are back on the table. I remove them again and then roll the dice this time and exit. Upon entering the game again, the bets are off the table and my balance is correct.

So, now we know that an addition...

At the risk of sounding defensive, Ryan is one of the ery few Casino Mgrs. that comes to board and tackles problems straight up. He has never failed to solve and resolve a legitimate problem yet that I am aware of.

Perhaps a mail server was down. Mine was down most of the day yesterday. Some bull about a backbone went down or some shxt like that.

Maybe give it a couple more shots before you give up on it. I know it is irrating, but keep swingin!

Of the $245 balance I am going to be able to withdraw $205 when the time comes...

In other words - the original deposit. Seems fair enough, assuming craps is not a alid promo game.

Martintg,

Can you please email me. I have been looking into this situation, and I have answers to all your queries. I would not like to post player's personal information on the message boards however. Can you please email me at casinomarketing@intercasino.com and I will explain to you exactly what has been going on?

Many thanks

Here we go, day 2. Just talked to Gary again at InterCasino. Claims he had returned my call but that no one answered. Then he said he left a message with my answering service.

First of all, I have callerID and there were no calls as well as no message. Then he wants me to re-send the email of the screen shot of my game log. Stalling...

Secondly, no one knows anything about the $5 that was in my account to begin with. I tried to withdraw my balance last night but of course I don't have my PIN from ECash yet. It's coming in the mail. Of the $245 balance I am going to be able to withdraw $205 when the time comes... TM

I changed my password and email address at Intecasino and got an email from crypto about my new PIN being mailed to me. Thus, they in effect have locked out my money now in the account.

I am dissapointed with Cryptologic casinos. Their CS is poor, money anishes into thin air.

Same thing happened to me at intercasino yersterday. I had $112 in my account - I withdrew $100 to paypal. I had $11 showing as my balance but it said $12 withdrawable balance. After a few secs the full $11 disappeared from my account.
Emailed them twice with no response. Some cstmr service.

I did get my paypal withdrawal in 1 day though so thumbs up on that.

We have played at a lot of crypto sites (as you may imagine) and we saw this ONE TIME at Intercasino of all places.

Here are our notes from 11/2000:

"Site seems to have ripped me off $25. Bought $75 got $150, bet $100 won, bet $75 and won, bet $25 and lost, should have had $300 but only showed $275. Looked over logs and it seems to have missed the winning $75 bet, and gave us credit for the losing $25 bet."

Unfortunately, I have no notes about whether or not we were reimbursed.

We will certainly back up your story if need be. We have never seen this again, and had not heard of the problem from anyone else prior to this post.

If you're all using the same ersion, you'd be doing Intercasino (and Cryptologic) a favor by ursuing it as a bug report.

Several webmasters who advertise Cryptologic casinos and are willing to mediate for players are in London right now; when they get back, maybe the three of you can do a package complaint and get through the lower levels of customer support.

Sounds like something got messed up. It's too bad this had to happen to you on a early outing. Most will tell you that this is a problem free casino. I'm sure they'll get it straighted out for you. Stick with it if you can.
Sorry your having a problem, this is one of my favorites.

I'm using ersion 4. I've also noticed that the balance is never the same between sessions in practice mode.

I actually emailed and inquired about it before I deposited any money and I was told that game logs are kept on the server in real mode to keep track of everything. So much for the game logs... TM

Which ersion of the software are you both using?

I've seen reports that the new software is buggy.

I am almost in the same situation with another Crypto. Money dissapeared from my account but I have never played on this day.

I am trying to get them to start an investigation for more than 10 days.

martintg didnot try to cash out, he like me logged and saw some funds were missing dont you understand that. So, there is no question of the bonus being deducted. I did play without any bonus. If I dont get refunded soon I'm going to file complaints.

In my case some of my previous bets have never been recorded in the log. When I discovered the missing funds, i saw an entry in the log: $113.25 played and lost in MP BJ. How it is possible to win ot lose $0.25 in a BJ game with a $5 minimum stake?

I was playing Black Jack when there was a server crash, no game loaded for two days after that with a message" "account locked. the system will automatically fix that within 5-8 minutes blah blah blah." I could log to the casino but could not play any game. Finally, t...

Thank you. I'm not concerned about the bonus
money. I won $70. My account should be $270
if the $55 bonus money is deducted. Everyone
has missed the point.

InterCasino claims I lost $10 instead of
winning $70. I have the game logs to prove
it. The logs they are looking at do not say
the same thing as mine. I can tell the
difference between $325 and $245.

Yes, I am new to online gambling. This was
my first experience and unfortunately
InterCasino has proved they can cook the
books over a piddly amount...

If you tried to cash out already then it was just making the bonus adjustments as Caruso pointed out.

You can play all the different games and it will keep track of what applies and what doesn't. You just need to be sure before you cash out, that you have played enough of the games that do do apply in order to cash out the bonus.

It sounds like you're new to the online gambling circuit. It is confusing at first.

Logical explanation, what if the player plays arious games. some slots , ideo poker,bj,etc How would they handle that?

What about the $50 extra you acquired? Sounds like the monthly bonus on first deposit; and I'd imagine that craps (probably plus Baccarat and Roulette) are not permitted for "promotion" play, so they disallowed the ($50) bonus, and any winnings derived from it. Your original deposit is safe.

Intercasino is one of the Big Two; the manager will readily answer questions on this forum; all ery, ery up front; if you're through with online casinos after an experience at Intercasino, I hate to think how you'd feel if it'd been an RTG.

After all the research I just deposited $200 in
my InterCasino account on 1/23 after waiting since
1/19 to alidate my PayPal checking account.

I didn't know that I was unable to use a Visa or
MasterCard on 1/19 after I downloaded the software
and registered and tried to begin to play. I don't
recall seeing anywhere that it would be necessary
to open ECash and PayPal direct checking accounts
in order to do this.

Nevertheless, on 1/23 I was finally able to deposit
$200. When I logged on there was $5 in my account
already. I don't know where that came from. After
the $200 deposit there was $255 in my account.
I entered the craps game and after several rolls
I was up $70. I exited the game and logged off
with a $325 balance.

This morning, 1/24, I logged back in and my balance
is now $245. I immediately called InterCasino and
after talking to whoever answered the phone I was
informed that ECash was i...
