You can not use the credit card to deposit funds into your account, however, you can use the credit card to send funds to someone. They limit this amount to something like $100 total for unverified accounts, to a few hundred for erified accounts, and unlimited processing (sending and receiving) for the "professional ersion" (I forget what they call it). The main reason is because of charge backs, like everyone else, so the limit the numbers. However, if you are on the upgraded account, they allow you to do unlimited transactions for a 2% fee, which theoretically (sp?) covers the charge backs.

Here is the exact rule from Paypal site
"Add Funds
You do not need to add funds to your PayPal account to send money, you only need to register a credit card. If you have a U.S. checking or savings account, you can transfer funds from your checking or savings account to your PayPal account using Electronic Funds Transfer if you register a U.S. bank account.

"

It means that if your Credit card limit is 1000$ you will not be able to make a deposit to a merchant greater then 1000$, since deposits are always processed directly from your CC.
In Neteller and Firepay, you can deposit funds to your irtual account by them. So, you can deposit today 1000$, getting the CC limit to refresh, and make another 1000$ deposit and then deposit 2000$ in the merchant.

Thanks for providing the links Tester. I made a good start into the first thread you listed, but it is just too long for me to finish right now. I'll wait until I've had an opportunity to review both in detail before I reply.

P.S. I was just informed that, like the Super Bowl issue (current), the March Madness issue of Casino Times News will also be distributed to 30,000 active Neteller users (wonder how many they have total). Just another added bonus for having an account.

I have accounts with Neteller and PayPal.
Neteller is my choice if offerred. I have has exactly zero problems with Neteller. The fact they do not e-mail receipts or when someone sends you money is a small negative.
PayPal is OK but support is terrible. Fortunately we have a friend in ryank at PayPal who will help you out. They indeed lock accounts for many reasons and it can be a real bad experience getting it unlocked.

CasinoNow, thanks on the info.
But there are also posts onn the forum there about people which their whole account were "frozen" just because someone did send them some bad monies. Now if Peter did sent me some stolen 50$, should they "froze" me an account of 5000$?
Just several inner links to certain posts, of which I would appreciate if you would look. http://www.paypalsucks.com/forums/s...p?fid=3&tid=179 http://www.paypalsucks.com/forums/s...hp?fid=3&tid=65

Thanks in advance + thanks for your previous input

Ok, I broke down and took a sneak peek at the other forums. I think my favorite is "How To Shut Down Paypal In 4 Easy Steps". If they hate the place so much, and know the magical 4 steps to shut them down, why haven't they done it yet? LOL.

Seriously, there are a few good, legitimate complaints buried in amongst the rubbish. I opened a few random threads to read just to get a quick sampling. I immediately noticed that all the complaints I opened had one thing in common:

All of these people were the recipients of fraudulant funds

In short, someone used a fraudulant credit card to make payment into their account, which the person cashed out on, leaving their paypal account at $0. When the funds were taken back away from Paypal from the credit card companies, they in turn removed the money from the persons account to reclaim it. In the cases where the people had wiped out their paypal account, paypal took it back from their bank, giving them advance notice of this acti...

Ummm. Is this another Levy site?

The first thing I noticed was the "Sqeaky Wheel" quote that he made, listing the CNBC source. Well, that's a reputable source, so I thought I would check it out. So far I have read the entire thing twice (a second time just to double check), and I did not see the quote this person was making such a fuss over. Note only that, but the entire article was uncharacteristic of CNBC and was irtually two pages of someone whining because they had trouble opening an account at paypal. Let this genious try getting his money back from a crooked casino and see what he has to say. LOL.

In reference to Terms of Service, they were all completely disclosed to me prior to signing up, and I have a complete, dated, print out to show it.

The phone number was a bit tricky for me to find. When I first signed up I wanted to use my Nevada account, but banks in Nevada are blocked from allowing paypal transfers, which I found out over the phone. This is somethi...

We, the players, are not subject to any NETeller transaction charges. Excellent service, in my experience.

Reading the forums on the www.paypalsucks.com website is scary.

I am reluctant to use thier service in the future.

Here's some of what I know, hope that will help
Paypal:
Pros:
1.1.1) It is a more known company owned by reputable firms, and was goind to be publically traded.
1.1.2) They work for arious money transferring and not only for gaming.
1.1.3) When you send and receive money you will receive an confirmation email for every step. This will make you aware of everything going on. Neteller, however, are not sending email for everything.
Cons:
1.2.1) transfering money between members of Paypal costs 2.9% where Neteller charges just 1.95%
1.2.2) If you have not there a registered US bank account, some merchants will not recieve from you payments.
1.2.3) You cannot deposit funds into Paypal from your credit card, this will be done only when you make a payment from your Paypal account. The problem: if you want to make a payment larger then your credit card limit you will not be able. ACH deposits however, is possible.

There is also a site http://www.paypalsucks.com/

Does anyone here have any experience with Neteller? What is the difference between Neteller and PayPal? How does Neteller work? What are the pros and cons of using Neteller?

Thanks,
Cosmos
