Ok, well maybe you're having fun there, or trying to humor us, but that place flat sucks. Having thought that the game looked so set up for me the last dozen times I have isited it, I decided to try my luck there once more. Low and behold, the same damn thing happened. I could only make about one hand in 12 and bust or just get beaten the rest of the time. I might not as well hit 12-16, it's a bust 95% of the time. By the way, normally when that happens with a 10 up, the dealer had a stiff. But don't try betting that way, or for sure it will backfire.
Anyway, that's enough play there for me. They are "bad mojo". {{{{{Shudder}}}}}

Hi Mr. R, Gamerz, eek, et al.
The win was on the Classic Slot game.
Won enough to buy not one, but two, 1978 Ford Crown Victorias! (Joke going back to an old thread).
I'd seen the thread about Lasseter's deck before I posted my note; I'd read their game info before on the site last year so I knew what I was going to be up against if I decided to play blackjack there. But, considering I am in the "low but steady player category", I need the luxury of .20 and .50 cent bets to help me work on my basic strategy blackjack skills which are mighty poor but getting better.
The funny thing is before I decided to become a wild woman and play the $5 Classic Slots, I had been on the blackjack game. Well, the "infinite deck" thing worked for me. Prior to the "big spin" (as I like to call it) I was on a blackjack run the likes of which I had never seen in my life.

Early this week the random number generator smiled upon me and I was lucky enough to win a nice little sum at Lasseter’s. In fact, this was the single biggest one time hit in my limited gambling career (aside from the $5K weekend at the Louisiana riverboats but that’s another story entirely!)
However, the point of this post is not to talk about this win; the point of this post is multi-fold.
(1) I know that I will get my check from Lasseter’s.
(2) The procedure from seeing the winning symbols pop up to an e-mail notifying me that the win was erified occurred in less than one hour.
(3) All correspondence with the customer service staff at Lasseter’s in this instance and in past correspondence has been efficient, professional and courteous.
