Holy smokes! What a suprise that would be. I hope (s)he didn't lose their mind and go on a shopping spree before reality set in. lol

I would have honestly called my bank to inform them of the error and ask that they track it down for me, although, I suppose I would first take 10 or 15 minutes to pretend it was mine to keep. lol. I did once get a mis-deposit from another person with a similar account number at my bank, which I reported. I thought that was a big error at around $800 - I couldn't imagine one for $5k.

Proccyber commonly (happened to me TWICE already) pays the wrong person your money. Once it was 5000$. I hate to say it but if i was ___3@aol.com and i got a random 5K cashout there'd be one paypal account i'd be closing. Surprised they didn't.

That's great news Dalzilla!!

Somehow, the update to this thread slipped past me the first time. It must have been during that brief period of a few days when "you no who" was scrolling all kinds of messages on the forum. I was looking up the topic again because I wanted to see if everything was taken care of, and was glad to see that it had been.

Anyway, I'm glad that things worked out for you and that everything is taken care of. If you're like me, you'll actually feel a little more comfortable playing there than at other places, since you have a "life line" to rescue you in the event of future confusion.

Well you can probably skip quite a lot of it as sheer gutter-posting, Dalzilla!

I HAVE BEEN PAID!!!!!!

Ok, I said in my previous post that when I got the check I would post it in CAPITAL LETTERS and am doing so here in. I got the check today (1-22). Thank you to person at Riverbelle who got personally involved in a small amount, thanks to board for all your suggestions and once more, Gracias Jerry, for putting me in contact with this person.

(Been away for a while and my, my, my, have things heated up here at WOL. It's going to take a long time to go through all these RTG threads; not sure I have the stamina!)

You're Welcome Dal. I'm just glad to see you get your money. I know what it's like. A scan of my past posts on the subject will show that I was equally as frustrated, but now I feel like I have a lifeline with this group, which is something that is invaluable.

Update fyi...
I've been contacted with what appears to be resolution to the issue! Should be getting a check for the MIA $120 and a make-up deposit in Riverbelle.

When (notice I am being optimistic here!) said check arrives, I will post it in CAPITAL LETTERS to this board. I'll check Riverbelle after work this evening to confirm the deposit is in there.

As for why the saga for this itty-bitty $, it does appear to have something to do with the Excite@home bankruptcy and my ISP being switched to new provider. Of course I had notified both casino and processor about this, but notification and updates to the PC database do seem to be entirely unrelated. :-) It was even something I suggested PC check on to help with the resolution but got bogged down in the mire somewhere/somehow.

Jerry, public thank you... the person you had contact me appears to have come through with flying colors.

PS: Will update Casinomeister board too.

Thank all of you who have olunteered to help. I'm going to try Jerry's suggestions first to see about getting hold of Kirsten/Kristen. (In fact an e-mail just popped up from him regarding this situation from another site; Jerry, I have replied to you). I'll let this avenue run its course then Mr. Plummer, I may just take you up on your kind offer. :-)

Believe me ya'll, this doesn't involve a bonus, it doesn't involve anything funky, it was just a nice little hit on the Lucky Charmer slot machine which I promptly cashed out. Heck, I even left some money in there and kept on playing to show my intentions not to hit and run.

As far as the avenues I've pursued so far: I've e-mailed (but not daily), I've called (can't get past the CSR to a supervisor) and I have remained exceptionally polite in all my correspondence and erbal communication with Proc-cyber.

I will however, with boards permission, keep posting the twists and turns this takes and hope to post a happy conclusion befor...

I just received two checks from Proc-Cyber yesterday, both of which were supposed to be ACH payments. Receiving payment in three weeks with the intervening holidays is not too bad, but ACH is faster. I wonder why they bother to maintain a web page to select your preferred method of payment when they don't pay attention to your choice.

It IS a pity that so many top end casinos use these guys and that their players suffer as a consequence.

I trust that the casinos are aware of the problems and are applying pressure, as this doesn't help their business. But this has been going on for what seems like ages and PCS keep on bumbling and bungling. I just don't understand it...

Hi Dalzilla,

It really is a shame that PCyber gets itself into these types of situations. I can only imagine the amount of money the company is making (based on the number of reputable casinos it does processing for.) I would think they could do better.

If any of us knew anything about the "processing" end of things, we would be well advised to put them out of business by offering customers:

1. CSR's that understand and answer simple questions
2. An organized ticket system for complaints (to stop the unnecessary “repeat” correspondence
3. Expedited access to a "higher up" when a clear mistake / problem has occurred
4. Mandatory "make goods" on goofs that cost a customer needless time / energy / aggravation.

Anyway, if you are tired of dealing with the nightmare, feel free to fill out the details in our "casino complaints" area. We will see what we can get done for you.

It might not "seem" fair, bu...

ProcCyber 1-888-326-2602, you can ask to speak to the supervisor, or processing, or security. Have you tried admin@proccyber.com?

Their website is located at http://www.proccyber.com
When I cash out from a ProcCyber casino, I always go to this site and enter my details in the "Transactions" area, to be sure they have the correct information. You shouldn't have to, but...

I find I get better results when I call them, as it seems they have a hard time getting good help.

Dalzilla,

The "Captains" file cabinet is
so loaded with complaints about
Proccyber, that the "boat"
is starting to sink.
Will the "Captain" go down
with the ship???

Thanks for the names. I gave both of them a shot last night and will see if I get a bounceback or an answer. Interestingly enough I got the e-mail from Riverbelle regarding their "Gaming Week". I politely wrote back to the "Captain" that while I would really like to play at the Riverbelle, I just can't and here's why. Hit the highlights of the saga.

So, I guess I will see if the Riverbelle really has a "captain" and if this "captain" is concerned about potentially losing a customer because of Proc-Cyber.

Addendum: I've pretty much limited my play to a few casinos: Riverbelle was going to be "my" Microgaming casino. Maybe not, eh?

Jerry I appreciate your offer and thank you. I have not heard back from Proc-Cyber yet and will wait until this time (about 11:00 pm Friday for them to respond with something other than "..... been sent to Operations". If that's the answer my friend, I will definitely take you up on your offer.

PS: I agree it is not Riverbelle, it is the processing.

Dalzilla,

I have only ever had one problem with Riverbelle Casino. My problem was with a check for $75 that had bounced. Apparently, they had switched bank accounts, and a clerical error caused them to mail out a lot of checks under the old account during the interim. It took me several emails spanning a period of months before I ever got any resolution. The email support was ery frustrating because I ended up repeating my story over and over to new people, which was a waste of time because an entirely different person would receive the reply.

Eventually I reached a manager there who more than made up for everything. They sent me the money they owed plus extra. They put additional funds in my account to play with. And when I moved, they sent me a basket that must have costed at least a few hundred dollars. They more than made up for things in my opinion, and I no longer have anything negative to say about this group.

If you are still having trouble, let me know. I'll try to di...

Hello Mr. R!
It's so darn annoying to get the same (bleep) answer over and over again from the CSR(s). The good thing is that the check portion came in less than a week. I just don't understand the Paypal issue. That should be the easy part. Heck, I expected the check to get lost in the mail!

And you know what, I am embarrassed to be posting about $120. I don't need it but I won it, and I want it!!!

Too bad the pseudonym "dalzilla" probably doesn't inspire too much fear in them. Well yall, this girl is mad.

Grrrrr, again!

Dalzilla,

I see that Proccyber has alienated
yet another person, as they obviously
have completely screwed up your account.

I have been telling people about this poorly
run, and completely inept, company
since I first started posting in this
forum.

I would NOT play at a casino that has
Proccyber handling it's e-cash transactions.

I wonder what the requirements are for
employment at Proccyber....

"Can you answer the phone"? YES.
" Fine, we will start you as a supervisor"

"Can you reply to ALL callers who have a problem, that it will be "sent to operations for investigation"? YES.

"Great. You have just qualified for managment".

Proccyber.... YOU BLOW!!!!

Folks, this has been posted on Casinomeister already but I wanted some isibility so am also posting here. This goes back to a post I made on this board mid-December regarding the Paypal deposit I was waiting for from Proc-Cyber (playing at Riverbelle)

I debated whether to post but you know what, I am really aggravated. And I am aggravated about the ast sum of $120. Not $12K, not $120K not $1.2M. A measly $120.

So, here's an edited ersion of the post.

"......we are talking about chump change here; the ast sum of $120.00 which I have been waiting to show up in my paypal account since the week of December 17th. But, now I'm aggravated!!!!!(grrrrrrr). Here is the email I sent off to admin@proccyber today January 10th 2002. If someone from Riverbelle PR is reading this, I would sure appreciate a response.
*************************************************
On December 17th, 2001, I received an e-mail confirming that $120 would be
posted to my paypal account in 4...
