The first article was given the label "promotional feature" which probably means it was produced in-house by Golden Palace or its advertising agency. I could not load the second article. I would not put any more faith in this article than any other statement from Golden Palace, which is NONE.
We still don't know who Cytech is or what their exact relationship to Golden Palace is. It would be hypocritical of me to bash the software after I won another $4000 with it at Geisha Lounge this week. That could be due to the lucky Bonzai evergreen Geisha sent me for a New Year's present. I do like the software but I do not trust the operators of Golden Palace and nothing short of paying the players cheated of thousands of dollars in 2000 will change my mind.

If Golden Palace has developed the software "in house", what is their relationship with Cytech/Aquaonline. It appears that they are one in the same.
"The Internet's leading online casino, Golden Palace, now uses state of the art software created by in-house developers."

"Part of Golden Palace's success is put down to its high-quality software, which the company fully developed itself. But to get established properly in the business means building trust. It helps that Rowe comes across as a man to be trusted. The reputation he has built up in a ery short time reflects this. As far as the online gaming industry is concerned, this man's word is his bond."
Anyone else have any thoughts?

And check out the other article...

It talks about the relationship between Kahnawake and Golden Palace. Maybe that's why they refuse to rule in the players favor. Can't upset your most significant customer, can you?
"In the words of Michael Tobin, MIT's CEO, "The Mohawks have become the backbone of the 'Virtual Vegas'. Golden Palace was critical to our ability to get the job done. They came with a true sense of partnership with Kahnawake and together we built out their dream. Their belief in our strategy, our ision and our ability is a ery important part of our success today."
Once again, Mohawks are building out the relationships that change how business is being done in the world. In an industry that is increasingly in the cross hairs of the world's law enforcement agencies, it's comforting to know that someone is taking a serious look at security issues and the integrity of the operators while providi... | | Read Entire Entry |

Found an interesting feature on "Golden Palace" by "Oliver Edwards" in London.
It's well worth the read. Who are they trying to fool?

Where on earth did this "Richard Rowe" come from?
"Part of Golden Palace's success is put down to its high-quality software, which the company fully developed itself". Did they or did they not develop the software?
By the way, another interesting article by "Drew Black".
