Unbeleivable!!!!
Most intelegent casino manager I saw ever!
Instead of the stupid behavior of most managers to "stay by their word". This person did the correct thing!
MicroGaming license cost a lot of money. and this is just the beginning.
Is it worth to throw evrything because of say 10K?
Definitely not.
And most casino managers are doing exactly that.

Just received this from tlc..
Hi Amanda, I read your latest post on WinnerOnline. From what I can see of the e-mail record your original e-mail came in blank and we asked you to resend. From there seems to be a thread but I can't determine what the time delay was from when you sent it to when we got it. Anyway, it seems that no matter what I say, you will still believe that we kept you hanging on so that you would lose your $100 only to then tell you weren't eligible for a bonus. Nothing could be further from the truth.
It seems the thing I could possibly do to hope to change that iew is to credit your match bonus, which I've done. The terms that were in effect when you first purchased apply - 8x bonus wagering to cash-in. We hope this changes your perspective of the casino and we hope to see you playing with us again soon.
Sincerely,
TLC

Dear tlc....Let's have it right.I think the fact that you come here to reply atall speaks olumes. You did though, post this above of your own free will...
(JoeyL, please can you contact us at tlc@roxypalace.com and let us have your account number so that we can see why you got the run-around. Our terms are pretty specific that they don't apply to flash - but you should have got the answer you wanted straight away. Thanks, Roxy Palace)
(Me)The terms are more than specific and i specifically stated in was my own fault for not reading them thoroughly..Therefore i get no bonus and can live with that. There is no harm in asking though,so i did and got prompt answers too..
The other part, regarding why i possibily got the runaround as you put it,was not addressed to the point of explaining why the 3 emails i sent while i was ahead, did not take..That is what i thought you were going to address.
You stated:I have read all the e-mails that we have received from you (from 2/2 throu... | | Read Entire Entry |

Hi Amanda
I have read all the e-mails that we have received from you (from 2/2 through today). Firstly, let me apologize if you got the run-around - you should have been able to get your answer first time around. Rest assured that I have spoken to the people who dealt with your e-mails and I trust the service you receive will be better in the future. I thank you for bringing this to our attention.
It is the policy of the casino to be as transparent as possible, however we have to stick by the rules of the casino otherwise we cannot expect the players to do the same.
In your case, unfortunately we do not offer a sign-up bonus for the flash casino. Our terms and conditions are ery explicit about this and this condition have never changed. Our bonus terms and conditions are clearly linked from our home page and from the casino terms and conditions page which is accessible on every single page of our website, as well as the promotions button on our casino - so you can see we are c... | | Read Entire Entry |

Roxy Palace has been working with me to clear up this matter.
I just want to commend them for doing the right thing. The fact that they seem truly apologetic is quite a welcomed change in this business.
Also, kudos to winneronline.com -- again -- for allowing us a place to oice these concerns.
(Man, you can tell it's Valentine's Day with all the lovey-dover crap I'm spewing).

I sent a note to Roxys because I was not sure of where my deposit was in relation to the changes. Within an hour I had an answer stating that I was to wager 8XB after receiving the bonus. The deposit was back in my Paypal account in four days.
No doubt I think they have great service.

We're concerned that your e-mails which were forwarded did not get responded to - please can you contact us at tlc@roxypalace.com and let us have your account number so that we can see what went wrong and prevent this sort of thing happening again. Thanks, Roxy palace

Roxy Palace have honoured the T & C that I signed up to; it was pretty painlessly sorted out after a couple of Emails and phone conversations with an extremely efficient CSR; I've no doubt they'll do the same for other players.

hahahah i thought hat I was going to be smart and tell you all that it was actually a white magic star, but nope you were right, the two signs pointing up is black magic. essentially black magic is gambling, because gambling is considered a sin. i guess that's why we all are so addicted.

Caruso - I just cashed out, and now I'm afraid they might try the same thing with me. Would you mind emailing me the T&C page you kept?
I should note that my experience thus far has been good at Roxy Palace.

I assume you are ahead. That's getting so typical of some of these places, these days. Move the bar up after one has deposited and played. It's cheating!

Hello
I met all the wagering requirements at a microgaming site called roxypalace (www.roxypalace.com) it is one of the new sites. I did a withdrawal sent some id picture of me and received a confirmation that my cashin will be processed. The casino has 5x play trough deposit and bonus, which i played over.
Then i received an email stating that our wagering requirements have changed that you must cashin an amount greater than the deposit and bonus in order to cashin the bonus. CAN THEY DO THIS=? After saying that my withdrawal will be processed they say that they have changed the rules....
In my opinion this is unacceptable. I already did a complaint of this will be seeing if they process my withdrawal.
What do you other guys think about this?
If my withdrawal will be processed i will post another message here saying so.. But lets see.
