I admire Golden Riviera for surviving the whole Tropika mess. I'm sure they lost some customers through no fault of their own because of Tropika.

That being said, this place is bottom of the barrel Microgaming (which is still better then most online casinos) Over the last couple years they have:
-run misleading promotions claiming up too 60% but none really above 20%
-posted players confidential personal info on this message board
-had payment problems including deposits
-now locking players out for no good reason

I would make the effort to clear up the misunderstanding.

Not because of the money or even the fact that they MAY not want your business.{Which might not be the case either}

If for some reason you have been erroneously tagged as a bonus abuser, this could filter thru to the other Microgaming Casinos and cause problems playing them and/or getting paid in the future. That would suck, so I would make the effort.

I am absolutely no expert on this but it would seem that GV has labeled you a bonus abuser,which is someone who only deposits to get a promo or bonus.Since the amount of your deposits and bonus $$ and cash-ins are so small,I'm surprised that they bothered with this at all.It's been stated in many threads here about casino's giving bonuses and then locking players accts,seems to be a sign of the times.They offer you incentives to play,yet get defensive if you take advantage of their offers.As for trying to unlock your acct-I would send them to cyberhell instead of ever playing there again-BINGA-DABANGA-DABOOM=GONE FROM MY COMPUTER

The Golden Riviera has a promotion - $30 for $30 – if you ote for them at Gambling.com. I oted for them as my first ote of the month as a top site. Deposited $30 and forwarded the gambling.com ote confirmation.. Nothing happened so after one day I logged into my casino account. It was locked. I sent an e-mail and this was the answer I received “Dear XXXX This means that you have repeatedly asked for promotions which you have already claimed. Best regards, Casino Support Golden Riviera Casino .“
I had never claimed this promotion before!! This was only my tenth deposit in 10 months.

History with the Golden Riviera – joined 10 months ago, total deposit about $340 and total cashins about $575 – 9 promotion. Most promotions are $10 for $20, $20 for $50, etc. – ery small. Usually got to the $1 deuces wild game and play $5 a hand. It is a bad VP game but always the chance for four deuces. Several times I have lost deposit plus bonus.
