CSR reply to my email inquiry:
1) you will get 10% of the bonus immediately.
2) the remaining 90% will be credited after you have wagered 5 times the deposit amount
3) the 90% bonus amount will need to be wagered a further 5 times before making a cash out.
4) The only games excluded from the promotion are Black Jack and Sportsbook
wagers.
With respect to the software, it is provided under licence from StarnetSystems.

Sounds like they found the blackjack unprofitable as it's now excluded; but surprised to see craps, baccarat and roulette not mentioned.
Good to know you were paid promptly...don't know whether to chance baccarat or roulette LOL!

When I played last month, it was wager 3x to get 100% bonus, then wager bonus 3x. Blackjack was allowed. I cashed out with bonus plus small profit, credited to paypal within a week.
