I had a guy on my board that mentioned he did the 100 deal too. You mentioning it again brings to mind several complaints that were coming in with that deal.
That increased offer was a few months back and then they reverted back to the cheaper sign ups deal. Maybe they were trying to beef things up then? Makes you wonder.

Too easy to prove something like that and they haven't specifically denied that they are in arrears to my knowledge.
The reasons for this may or may not be appropriate. I'd have to know a lot more of the details.

I doubt Sunnygrp's truthfulness when they would not pay me a small win saying I had not met the wagering requirements of an EARLIER deposit/bonus deal where I lost my deposit of $100 almost straight. Couldn't help but wonder whether they were having problems then. So this sort of thing doesn't surprise me. How would a losing player ever win if they had to constantly make up for previous wagering.
I wouldn't trust this crowd no matter how many think they are good. Once bitten twice shy.

A couple of things come to mind quickly.
Who said an illegal act was committed? SunnyGroup?
Illegal means criminal, not civil and once again, I think a poor choice of words.
Have the police been notified. Go Mounties! LOL
This is no doubt, in response to Kahnawake's release yesterday stating in essence that, MIT was correct in securing the files until Kahnawake reviewed the case.
Kahnawake also stated the correct notice and procedures were not followed by Sunny Group. Since all parties from inception agreed to these TERMS,{you gotta love that}, MIT acted appropriately.
Kahnawake already stated yesterday that THEY would investigate and report to the regulatory bodies.
I'm not convinced MG has access to these files either. I don't beleive that they do.
Sunny had already said earlier that they were initiating legal action, so that's a repeat.
