Dalzilla: Just the kinda info I wanted - tend to play mostly BJ online, but now that land casi "out of bounds" will play more slots online. Thanks.
I mentioned to Syd re Starluck (java option) slots; good ariety, but I didn't get much payout. Also some negative posts re their BJ; but they paid people I know . fast - try their slots on fun mode first, if you haven't already. (Not recommending them, just informing you of their 1c slots.)

Hi Vickinz... hope you don't mind me chiming in with my take on Lasseter's slots. I am giving them most of my slot business now because when the RNG gods smile, they really smile.:-) Conversely, when they are unhappy, you can't pry a dime out of them with a forklift. So, here goes:
Best consistent luck: Classic slot at the $2 level. Nice runs when they are "on".
Biggest payoff: Same slot @ $5. Had 80$ left and boom, hit the big banana.
Mardi Gras is ok... Prefer Three Wishes. Have "found" Lasseter's Gold at .50 bet level. The Bar 7 at $1 level also fairly consistent. One that gives me fits has paid off significantly upon occasion is Pharoah's gold.
My online slot playing method is just like my land casino playing...could pretty much be described as "hit and run" or "no hit, run away faster". Certain $ allocated and if not hit, I am outta there as fast as I can hit the exit button.

You certainly seem to have done well online and on land over past few months - well done!
I HAD decided to ever take in $l5 for 2-5c slots as I have generally always lost at land casino as you prob. know. But I now realise I just mustn't take ANY money at all because of what happened today!
I've won some big bets at RTGs in the past few weeks but I usually lose it back too (much nicer BJ lately) so am having to do something about that too!
I HAVE to change my approach else I will have to give this interest up!
Hey Syd and others: what are the best slots to play at Lasseters?
I've just had a good session on Lasseters Mardi Gras slot; got from $65 - $208, but lost it when it turned sour. I bet l5c - $2.05 bets at arious times (never bet that much before on slots) - felt like a high roller betting $2.05 per press. My US friend (mentioned before) won $4000+ twice within a coupla weeks there so it can be done.

Disaster for me; weakened and took my ATM card and you don't want to know. NEVER AGAIN will I take any money or cards to any land casino ever again LOL! I've learnt my lesson!

such a familiar refrain!!- I learnt this in week 4- having had a fabulous run decided with that peculiar mindset of the gambler that I was invincible!- took the cards with me to the casino and disaster.
I now go with cash only- it works.
Hope things are going well- are you still doing those "big" blackjack bets and avoiding the VP.

Syd: I have to BEAT myself up to knock some sense into myself; I have lost heaps at that stupid land casi in last 6+ years; but I've FINALLY seen the error of my ways! Thanks for your pointers re Plus Lotto; still trying to decide what to do.
Bingo lady receives State pension (prob. has more to spend than I do living off savings LOL!) She had extra costs to move this week, so was short; don't think she's lost money gambling. Nice she won cos she's raised 6 kids, worked, and had a lazy husband. I shared a meal with another gambler who has won $l.6million at roulette also...some of their luck might rub off onto me LOL!

Don't beat yourself up about your ATM card...I had my own weak moments after reading Heidi's comments about how much he plunks into slots....so I plunked, and plunked and plunked...I have NEVER lost that much playing BJ so I'm staying away from the slots, it's like flushing money down the toilet. Next time I feel like doing that I'm going to remember your story about the poor lady who doesn't have any food and send a check to charity.

Syd: Woman I shared a table with last week and this is surprisingly lucky. She told me for 3 years she lived off weekly winnings from just a few $$$s on horseracing bets. She won two prizes last week.
Today she had no money left for food so HAD to win one one of the free bingo games; out of l6 games, she won 3 bingo prizes (for full house)! She says she ALWAYS wins whenever she has no money for food LOL!

Vickinz: I really think what happened to me was dumb luck...and I do emphasize the word "dumb". I blew alot of money screwing around with the little games, scratch cards, etc. I finally decided to pick two sets of numbers and stayed with them for about 2 days. I won 3 and 4 balls lots and any money from them I would just keep sticking back into the two sets of numbers.
I think we need to defer to Ted on that big chunk of change you're thinking about plunking. I also wanted to ask him what he played most there but I didn't want to be too annoying...hopefully he will be kind enough to lend us his expertise?
Do play the Bingo (1.00 cards) until you hear that song...it's hysterical.

I'm slow to work out best way to do things as far as games etc go so please pass on anything I should be aware of re Plus Lotto!
They offer 25% on first deposit; is it too risk to go for the full frontal and put in $500 to get the $125 bonus - or is that foolhardy?
And which is the best thingy to try out first, with the best chance of getting something?

Vickinz: At first I got hooked on their Instant Bingo game. I won about $70, but I invested about $150. You've got to hear the silly Bingo sound when you win...it cracks me up...but I can't get it out of my head.

I asked about Plus Lotto when it was mentioned before but no one answered. I've just realised there's a website about it - lotto here is confined to locals I think.

I won the hourly lotto at Plus Lotto. I never would have known about it if Ted hadn't kept talking about it.
This is my biggest win so far ($900+)
