Toots; What it says is that you make a withdrawal before meeting requirements they will withdraw the bonus. So if you made a deposit of $150 to get the bonus of $50 and withdraw when you have $150 and havenīt met req. you will receive $99.

If this wasnīt the case the rule would not say anything at all.

Iīm sure about this since they made a special mailing regarding this change in their rules (due to bonus "abuse").

The way I read these rules is that if you lose all of your bonus you can still withdraw ALL of your deposit (less $1 admin fee).

How many other ways can you interpret these rules ?

Toots; No it does not...

"If you choose to make a withdrawal prior to wagering the minimum amount required, you will forfeit the 'FREE Chip' promotion money"

"I am sure that I have withdrawn in the past before fulfilling wagering requirements "

It still could be OK IF you were down 50% of your initial deposit ANYTIME during the session. If not you were probably lucky to still be getting the promotion.

Just had a quick look a terms and conditions at both sites. I have quoted relevant terms below (I presume it is ok to quote terms - if not please modify posting).

Omni "You may withdraw the amount of your deposit amount at any time you wish, providing you have your permanent PIN. In order for you to withdraw any accumulated winnings, your total wagers must exceed $1,500 or more (or as specified by a special bonus offer) for EACH 'FREE Chips' bonus you receive. If you choose to make a withdrawal prior to wagering the minimum amount required, you will forfeit the 'FREE Chip' promotion money. Any winnings accumulated will remain on deposit in your secure Ecash account, until the minimum required wagering amount has been met."

Looks ok to withdraw deposit at any time.

Sands "Any player who withdraws their deposit which triggers the promotion to be credited to their account before they have met the minimum wagering requirement will be considered a bonus abuser. It wi...

Toots; Iīm sure about Omni. They changed their rules about 2 months ago. Why donīt you read the rules at their page instead of getting second hand information here?

Regarding Sands; Did you NEVER fall below your original deposit during the session? Did you not make any more deposits during the month? When did this happen?

Iīm not saying youīre wrong about this, Iīm just interested in knowing what happened. All i know is their official rules which are the ones I stated. I would be glad to know about unofficial ones =)

KX - thanks for your reply but again I am not so sure that your are correct.

I did check with other members on this forum about 2 weeks ago regarding Omni - the consensus of opinion was that you could withdraw your deposit after losing all of your bonus (less the $1 admin fee)

Re Sands - I have not completed the wagering requirement at least once and withdrawn my deposit - I still get my monthly bonus.

Regarding the $1 admin - it is annoying - especially as to withdraw to paypal and by check in the same month it is charged twice - but then it is a ery small sum for a free gamble.

If I am wrong - especially regarding Omni and Sands please somebody correct me before I make a mistake gambling with them.

Regards

I'm not saying the game is bad. But . . . it's not up to be to give any casino the benefit of the doubt. It is up to the casino to prove to me that they are fair and dealing a random game.

Toots; What you are saying regarding the bonuses is not entirely true.

* Omni Casino wonīt let you use the bonus without risking your own money at all (if you donīt fullfill wagering reqs your bonus will be withdrawn).

* Many others (like the Sands family) will not offer you any more bonuses if you donīt fullfill req. or lose some of your own money.

* If not fullfilling wagering reqs. youīll always lose $1 in transaction cost ;-)

I dont understand you doubting Crypto's software.

I have always found them to be at least as fair as any other out there and the monthly bonuses (where you don't even have to risk your stake if you wish to) are the best ongoing bonuses available.

I can't wait for more to open !

There are quite a few of us waiting for even a semi-regulated crypto to appear.
Bear in mind that the channel islands and the IOM are offshore for regulation purposes.
The Federal bods have been squawking to the UK government for quite a few years now on the the laxness of serious financial regulation in UK protectorates like these places.

I have doubts about the fairness of their software. I know they have a good reputation, but it's all too easy to fix a BJ game. Lots of odd happenings when I play Crypto's BJ game.

Cryptologic who claimed to be the only software provider RUNNING a casino based on the English Isles still havenīt managed to get the casino up and running.

Meanwhile Boss Medias Casino Atlantis is up and running since months.

Littlewoods sent "information" about them opening during May just a few weeks ago. Planning doesnīt seem to be their greatest strength...

It sure makes one wonder why Cryptologic seems to have such a hard time getting approved.
