For whatever its worth, another site called Dreams Casino is a sister site to Virtual Casino (both rtg).

Chinky: I am in no way defending these people. I was simply stating what my interpretation was when I utilized this bonus.

I still think they are are one sleezy operation and hope that you will pursue every avenue available to get your money - at the ery least the $2500. Your interpretation may be absolutely correct, you have the email as proof - use it.

One of your best arguments here would be that if you weren't entitled to the 3 bonuses - why did they put them in your account?

Best of Luck to You

what you guys are saying are opinions anyways, in no where in the email does it say i'm not allowed to use all 3 coupons. if you read all the lines literally, i did not break any rules and that is the bottom line, i did not have any pending withdraws and that's that, that is ALL it said, i doesnt imply anything else but that. you guys are reading way too much into this, and you know what, it doesnt even matter, even if i'm correct, i still won't get paid, these guys are azzzholes who don't have the funding to pay people. i'm convinced i won't see a penny of my winnings nor deposit money.

i don't think your interpretation is correct becuase look at the time frame, players would have to deposit all 3 coupons between 04/24/02 to 04/27/02, that's 4 days, if i had to use the first coupon, withraw from first coupon, it would take over 4 days alone, it would not be possible to use all 3 coupons. the first time depositor section does not apply to me.

When I played that bonus, my assumption was that if you lost all of the first one...then you could use the 2nd,3rd,etc.

My interpretation was exactly the same as Jydeman's. I cashed out with the first one.

Upon reading my post again,it could be misconstrued.

I trust Jydeman. He has spoken much sense, ever since i got here.

My point was:if he is a shill, then i guess just about everyone could be too.

It was meant as complimentry.A complement.

Sure - unless you lose your first two deposits. Then you can do all three within half an hour.

Sorry guys. For once I don't have to twist my brain to understand how the casino interpretes a rule.

After you use your first coupon you will fall under the rules of previous depositors

I think it's pretty clear. And anyone who accuses me of being an RTG-shill can go funk themselves - like Damian would have said.

Hi KX.You are speaking from common sense.

Jydeman is speaking from Virtual Casino's interpretation, level of common sense.I think...

Therein lies the difference i guess.

I wish i could understand Casino terms as well as Jydeman.

I think I know what a pending payout is

I was specifically thinking of this sentence:
After you use your first coupon you will fall under the rules of previous depositors

I read as if you can use one coupon. Withdraw. Wait for approval. Use another coupon. Withdraw. Wait for approval.......

Jydeman; A pending payout is when heīs done a withdrawal but not received it. I donīt think he had done any withdrawals before using the coupons, but I might be wrong.

Isn't this the problem:

You may use all three coupons, if you do not have a payout pending from one of the coupons above. After you use your first coupon you will fall under the rules of previous depositors.

You didn't get paid before using the next coupon.

under their rules section in the website, it states:

"To qualify for the bonus, a player must wager the deposit plus associated bonus amount NINE times (craps, baccarat and roulette wagers are not included). For example, for $100 deposit and associated $50 bonus, the player must wager a total of $1350 (excluding craps, baccarat and roulette wagers), to qualify for the bonus."

keyword "wager", so i believe it is ok to play these games but the wagered amounts doesn't count toward the bonus.

Yeah maybe no-pass WAS the way to go but now that you have exposed it to half the gambling world it won't be the way to go anymore.

i was wondering, would anybody actually play at a online casino without taking the bonus money? because the bonus restrictions seem to be the problem of everything. i know this topic has probably been brought up plenty of times, but i just dont feel comfortable not taking the bonus money before i start playing since the casino always seem to have an edge to begin with.

i just went to anotehr RTG site and started with $50, now i have it up to $600 and i am relunctant to keep playing and you know why. this sucks, i knwo i can win more. my strategy is working for these RTG sites, the no pass is the way to go, it's still working. i bet this casino wont pay me either after they find out the mess at irtual.

A few points:

1. What do their T&C's say about what games are allowed on bonus play? Most casinos exclude craps and roulette which you say you played. If they do disallow those games and you played them during your bonus playthough, its their right to deny you bonus/winnings if you broke their terms.

2. What casino is this exactly? You dont give a URL and a google search on "virtual casino" doesnt help. www.virtualcasino.com doesnt load anything.

3. Again, if their terms clearly stated (as you note) you cant cashout more than 10x deposit, then thats pretty clear. I dont mean to be an ass but why would you keep on playing if you knew this?

they wont even pay up anyways, so if you win more than 10x, there's a bigger chance they'll lock your account and pay you nothing (i.e. me)

The stipulation on cashing in a maximum of 10x the deposit is so ridiculous. Even more so in the case of RTG where almost no one plays slots or keno.

File a complaint with the OPA and give them all the correspondance you have with the casino. Also send an e-mail to disputes@realtimegaming.com

Correct me if I am wrong Mary but these guys are too new for the OPA to have a position, although I know there is some talk about some of the past lives a few of these people have had.

RTG has a number but I don't have it with me at the moment. Mary probably can post it.

Did you play anything besides craps when you were qualifying for the bonus?

so if you guys want, try betting the no pass line in craps, i think i was getting about 70% no pass after playing for basically 2 whole days, so it wasn't just a streak, i noticed the craps game has a high probability of rolling the 7. hope someone can profit as much as i did and break them.[/B]

chinkybruin,

You stated;

"i doubt that 10g's can bankrupt a casino"

A lot of the "lesser known" places
out here in "Cyberland" would be
hard pressed to come up with $100.

They are undercapitalized from the start,
dumb enough to think they can make
"millions" owning an on line casino,
and never have any intentions of
actually "paying" someone.

Even the "honest" places are "short"
of cash on many occasions. That's
usually when the "excuses" start.

The lack of an actual "business plan"
creates many of the problems these
on line casino's seem to frequently
have.
