Two of the eleven players I quoted have received their cash. For the remainder, please drop me a line and I will be happy to credit your account asap.
As for players not being able to contact me ia e-mail, this is somewhat perplexing. support@dukesgaming.com is listed on our site, and or course you can always mail me personally at theduke@dukesgaming.com. Our free North American help number is 011-800-7777-HELP(4357) and ++ 800-7777-HELP(4357) Internationally. There is no excuse for not responding to players.
Look forward to hearing from the rest of you, thanks again, and don't forget about our $1,000,000 draw just for registering!

Welcome to the board Duke
What a royal treatment, it's great to see a casino manager helping out, too bad the danish peasants can't open an account.
lustnot: According to their website is 5$ for single player and 2$ for multiplayer, but then again how should I know.
TwinAces: My winnings was approved 10 months ago. How long does it take to send a check?

Lady; Any experience with Cryptologic? =)
I think most of us have. They are among the biggest. I have high confidence in Cryptologic. I´m conviced they pay the appropriate payouts, but I´m not entirely sure about the games being random. The best thing about Crypto is that you will ALWAYS get your money (if it´s not a $100k win at 49ers ). They are often slow, but you can be sure you´ll get your winnings at one time or another.
Lustnot; $5 I believe. Like most Cryptos.

Cool!!! I guess $10.00 is better than what I was expecting after the last few days!
I hope it plays better than my experience with Omni Casino. They have the same software. I have played there all of three times...... all bad. (for me anyway)
If you have any experience with this software, please post and advise..... games that pay??? What games have the best odds??? in your opinion?
Thanks,

Duke; Very nice to see you taking part in the discussion. Fascinating that the number of managers doing this is so small... It´s little work and it brings plenty of Goodwill.
It would be wise to put up what you said here on your site. It´s still impossible to find information regarding the free $5-$30 as well as the $30 match bonus.

I would first like to take the opportunity to introduce both myself and Dukes Gaming. We can now be found at www.dukesgaming.com. Sorry about our brief e-mail server problems and any confusion with regard to our giveaway. We currently are running three promotions:
The first is our standard deposit $30, receive $30 match. The second is our $1,000,000 draw. So you know, we guarantee that one player who registers at Dukes from our launch to December 25 will win one million dollars. Considering this is only over a period of six months, we feel that your chances to win $1,000,000 are ery, ery good.
The third is our $5-$30 Instant Win opening giveaway. Simply, we are randomly placing cash between $5 and $30 in player accounts for our first week. If you've registered, check your balance.
Thanks BigCat, jen, The_CPA, red7777, Woody0, Jimbo, Jetset, Geordie, dust2002, KX, LadiDi4 for your comments. Please drop me a line with a number (theduke@dukesgaming.com) and I would be more than h... | | Read Entire Entry |

One other thing I attempted.
I searched every single page of their website, looking for any type of information at all about the supposed "win $5 to $30 instantly. So, over the course of my phone conversation with customer service, I expressed how it is ery important for them to rectify the implications of totally "free" money. (even adding "after you deposit" on the sunburst)
So, I told them I should get some type of "credit" (hehe) for bringing this to their attention. Well, I wasn't that lucky!!
Their website STILL states it the same way, with no details to clarify.
Therefore, if they get A LOT of players e-mailing, calling, and clicking on the "call me" support button, if they get an overwhelming amount of complaints........ hehe......... I warned them!!!!

THANKS! LadyDi...you rock.Apprciate you sharing with the rest of us.On a side note I am of the opinion that MOST of the time a player is better off NOT taking a play-through bonus and just play straight sp if you do get lucky you can stop and cashout when YOU want...just my take on the issue. Some bonuses are great but alot seem to make winning AND cashing out near impossible.

Hi..... I saw the dukesgaming banner here on Friday and proceeded to check it out.
I e-mailed them after I could find no details about the "instant win" part of the sunburst in their webpages. When I finished installing and registering, I logged into the casino and notice a "call me" option for support. I did this a they quickly called me within 10 minutes.
The thing is...... I was this guys second call. lol They just opened and his first call was to wish him luck!
I explained my query and he searched, to no avail, all over the site for the details. They were not there.
I explained to him, he needs to get that fixed asap. A lot of players will think the same as I did. They will have a lot of callers, some irate.
Here's the deal: You register and deposit and begin playing.
THEN, a pittboss suposedly comes around handing out anywhere from a $5 to $30 bonus.
So, it is NOT a no-deposit bonus!!
Also, their Grand Opening deposit bonus is

Has anyone understood how the promotion is supposed to work? Are you supposed to open an account and then get a random amount between $5 and $30 credited?

As CPA says it is probably a case of technical teething problems. Incredible that an outfit as experienced as Crypto should have such hassles on a brand new casino for an influential gambling client but I guess in this business just about anything is possible!

LOL, well, not funny really. I just don't understand what the Danes can possibly be doing that the rest of us can't. I think this is a fair question to "Ask Max". He would know.
Nobody has ever really given a plausible explanation for this, yet more and more casinos are adopting Danish conditions or an all out ban.
The credit Card chargebacks, double dipping bonuses and all the normal attempts to take advantage are easy enough to understand. OK, so a lot of Danes got in bed together,{sounds good!}and pulled off a bit of scam....MAYBE. For the sake of arguement, let's say some did.
Ok, That's over, and if nothing else it made the casinos tighten up on security. Which..they have done! So, what's the problem then?
Credit cards are all but useless or will be soon. Even thru PayPal and Firepay you can't use credit cards to fund the account to gamble with. Therefore, the chargeback issue, shouldn't be an issue. Why not say Danes must use one of these methods instea... | | Read Entire Entry |

"something may be wrong in Kansas maybe..lets be careful out there "
Brand New Crypto. Cryptos have closed or consolidated, but have never failed to pay out a player due to a casino failure that I am aware of.
I think logic should prevail here and the assumption should be that, "nothing is wrong in Kansas", other than perhaps an email bug in a brand new system.
Did anyone try the FREE phone call before posting?
