ok...ya got me there. It was exciting even though I didn't get any $$$
I played at land casinos for quite awhile and I'm telling you...there isn't any better sound than the noise a slot machine makes when you hit the big one.
wait a minute...I know one thing I liked better than that sound. When I was a little boy I would get mad at my Mom and act like I ran away from home. Actually I hid out in the weeds behind our house. After I would hide for about 45 minutes I would get hungry as heck. I remember just in the nick of time before I starved to death my Mom would yell out the back door, "I sure wish sucker would come home and eat because supper is ready". Now that is another sound I liked! I would climb out of the weeds and high tail it for the house.

ok, i have an interesting tid bit of information for all of you dedicated gambling people to scream at me about.
I saw this on the news. When a person loses all of their money at a land casino and commits suicide in the parking lot, the casinos have been known to stuff cash in the pockets of ictims before the police arrive so as not to get bad press.

No, its not bad for just being online to get 1000 buckaroonies but how do we know that really happened?
I never remember any surf board games on that casino.
Soneone told me once that if you get that space race game spinning as fast as you can it will hit the jackpot. I never tried that but it seems to me it would give the same results no mater how fast it was spinning.

Cant remember whether $1 or 2000, got the five men in a row I think she said; though I cant recall the men in that game. She was given $1000 for being online coupla days ago and cashed out $2000 on that as well. That's big by my standards!

Sucker, You have good runs and bad ones. Just last night, I put 20 into a casino, got it up to 110 ....was hitting like crazy.....then later in the evening, put another 20 and couldnt hit a thing...happens in land casinos too....just happens!!!!

I never made it to the gold club. I just figured since they sent me those silver cups that a gold member would get something pretty cool. All jokes aside I thought the cups were neat.
Ok...I know everyone thinks I am a crazy but after I put about 300 bucks into one slot machine and it went down to zero without hitting as much as a few 50 cent payoffs I just thought something was strange. 50 cents divided by 300 seemed like alot of spins to not win anything but I must be crazy or something.
I learned my lesson and have went elsewhere and made up for it now. I will just stay away from Lasseters because it must be bad luck for me or something.

Just had terrible time on $l4US ($24A) BJ here - lc slots would have given me longer.
Last 4 times dreadful BJ, lc slots would have lasted longer LOL! I got a REAL kick out of getting $20 for l5c. on Mardi Gras - most ever online, but never get anything when .75-$l.50 bets, just not lucky with slots/vp online, only BJ gives me wins at times.
Cheer Chik: sent your win post to Rhode Is. friend and she thought it was me who'd hit big LOL! She did good on slots at Grand Bay recently too. BTW, I've never guessed the right thingy for the Lasseters Gold, Classic Bikes or Surfboard in 2+ years. Have you - and do you get heaps if you do?

Sorry to hear you aren't doing well.
I actually am UP!!! It's kinda funny but I do better online than I do in Vegas. I guess I am just lucky.
You have to realize that most people lose in all forms of "gambling". If everyone won then they would call it "sure thing". How do you think the casinos can afford to build those huge buildings with all the glitter and lights?

LOL I love my silver cups!!!!!!! They sent me two sets so I gave one to my mom. They keep my tea hot!!!!
I'm not in the gold club yet but I'm close. I dont make large deposits at a time like the gold people do. I play once a week there, not every day, but I do know one thing~~~I have a blast playing there and I'm guaranteed to get paid. That is what really matters!!!!!

they are about as solid "as they come".
Newbies...you should play wherever you want to. I would be real careful though. The odds are against you from the start. Do a lot of research before you play at a casino. Check to see how long it will take you to get your money. Check to see if the casino will send you a payout the same way you paid them. With todays technology there is no reason a casino should have to hold your money for two weeks.
Becareful of the casinos who brag that they have private auditors. Read the fine print from these auditors like the following.....
1. They only examine the data log files of the casino computer.
2. The scope of the review does not include any reviews of financial controls or back-office procedures.
3. The percentages do not necessarily reflect the result of any individual game.
There are many things to consider. Have fun!

It's not that I dont care about the money, but I figure, if I go on acation for a week, I'm going to spend so many $$$ on hotel and food etc right? So, if I gamble, I'm just using the money I'd use for hotel and food but I NEVER pay for hotel or food when I go to a land casino....never have. This way, I can blow a grand and have a blast and not worry if I lose it, because it's my acation!!!! Now, If I took a grand and then my ATM card and blew another grand, etc.....now that's something I wouldnt do. I take what I PLAN on losing and if I win...well cool.....drinks are on me...

I agree with you 100 percent. It is my opinion that the games may be rigged also. I often thought about buying some of this casino software myself just to prove a point.
If a person stops for a minute and thinks with a clear mind it is pretty obvious. One example is at a land casino you can sit with hundreds of players all losing and all at once wham! everything goes crazy and the machines all start winning at the same time. What are the chances of all of those slot machines hitting at the same time?
With online casinos, if you are actually just playing the actual odds of the slot machine, how can a machine go for two hours without hitting once. Or what makes the machine only hit between 7pm and 9pm. I believe it all has to do with how much money is being taken in at the moment which in my opinion is cheating. How does a player know how many others are playing at the time, if this is the case. You might be the only poor sucker playing at the time.

Actually, Sucker, I was playing 1.00 a pull which was roughly 50 cents/ a pull USD. I hit 125.00 on one spin I believe so I went to classic slot at pulled 2 ( 20.00 ) pulls just for the thrill and hit 20K on the second pull ( THREE 7's ) and got over 11K in 10 days ia post. Hey sucker: don't know whether you were joking re being astrophysics nerd, but two years ago a doctor lost tens of thousands at Lassies, and at the time I was getting regular 18-26 BJ loss runs (but sometimes only at 10c. LOL!), so I suggested we approach their licensing authority with our records!
But then when they stopped the fortnightly 100% bonuses, the games seemed to get fairer and I never got those long losing streaks ever again! I was then able to recoup my losses.
I work on the assumption that all software is rigged - but as long as I'm winning overall, I'll keep going.
Truthfully, having had a lot of land loss experience, I wouldn't be surprised either way i.e. not rigged or rigged; but I believe the software to be capable of being manipulated anyway the casino/programmer wants.
