My experience with customer support has been very good at this site as well, but it took four days for them to credit the bonus, which is pretty slow.

My experience with this site is that they are very slow with the cash outs. The money leaves my poker account when cashing out, but usually does not appear in my Neteller account for about 5 days after cashing out. | | Static Link |

He didnt get the referral bonus, and called/emailed for at least 3-4 days. He finally got it after waiting another 3-4 days. Then I realized I didn't get the referral yet. I called and emailed for a couple days and they told me I had no affiliation to that account. After 5 emails I get this....and I still haven't got a response yet from then...I guess there's a lot of referral abuse so they're much stricter now.

I have tried to contact the people who I referred but no luck so be careful with the RAF people, make sure you are in contact with the person you referred so you can find out when they get their RAF and then you can make sure you get yours. Cause I definitely got cheated out of some.

Got RAF bonus instantaneosly after 200 hands and got signup bonus auto-credited about 48 hours after completing 700 hands. Had to send 1 email for neteller bonus after waiting 48 hours after completing 875 hands and wasn't auto-credited. I referred a friend and our bonuses were credited instantaneously after 200 hands.

Either they outright cheat people on it, or their software sucks and they won't do anything about it. Either way, it's a scam.

Could be wrong but I don't think any Prima bonuses show as pending. Note that BW says you should e-mail Riverbelle and find out if you are eligble to get this bonus. After that i wouldn't worry. There is a live tracker too in the front page so you can easily track your hands.
