If it wasn't there the whole time you were working off the 6000 points, then it is pretty obvious that irrespective of what CS said, that the bonus wasn't triggered. If you played through the requirement of 6000 points (which is a hell of a lot on the OnGame network) with the bonus not showing in the cashier like all bonuses on Eurobet do, and didn't contact CS about it before you got to the end of the of the requirement, it is perfectly understandable that there was a problem. This was exactly my point in the first place - that trashing Eurobet for the problem as the other poster did is a serious misread of the situation.

Irrespective of the final resolution, it wouldn't surprise me in the least to discover that Penyeach had made some error when signing up for the bouns in the first place. Also, he never seems to have mentioned what the status of the bonus which shows in the cashier dialogue for the Eurobet bonuses where the bonuses and points needed are listed. If there was a problem with the bonus not be registered, he should have noticed that it wasn't there in the cashier under "BONUS" before he raked 6000 points and emailed Eurobet support immediately.
Don't always assume that the poker site is 100% to blame for some of these problems. In my experience on these forums, while poker sites can be dishonest, shifty, incompetent and dismissive, the users on these forums are far more likely to be impatient, illiterate and downright stupid.

This is a ridiculous comment. The problem here was clearly an individual one. Hundreds if not more members of these forums have played at Eurobet (particularly when they had $25 poker/$25casino bonus before, which is now fully reactivated) without problems collecting bonuses. Irrespective of the final resolution, it wouldn't surprise me in the least to discover that Penyeach had made some error when signing up for the bouns in the first place. This seemed to be kind of a unique situation that Peny had, so I'm not sure that I would skip Eurobet just because of it. Granted, I wouldn't play the 15x bonus there, but the 7x-10x bonuses are pretty appetizing for a player who hasn't played there yet.
Plus, we'll always stick up for you if you don't get credited and have decent proof that you were playing for a bonus. | | Static Link |

Thank you for your message
We regret to inform you that our Poker department will not credit your account with the poker bonus as you never registered for one. In order to receive the bonus you need to register it on the first deposit to poker and also play the relevant amount of points. All of this falls under our Terms and Conditions.
Kind regards

An email from BW on this issue should be sent. And if no reasonable reply within 48 hours then Ban'em.
Poker rooms should FEAR the BAN.
As of now the mode of operation is to ignore it and it will go away. Look folks we have VERY little power over these poker rooms and casinos. United we stand. Divided we fall. And it even applies to those outside the U.S.
If BW does email & the don't respond appropriatly, then thats good enough for me to stay away.
