I think if you use Net there is no longer ANY charge regardless of how many cashouts you do in a month. I had emailed them about this, and they told me that ALL Net withdraws are free.
As for any other kind of withdraw, that I do not know.

I tried to be cute and make it seem like I wasn't only playing their site for the bonus and asked a question about their "great new loyalty program." Within an hour some guy from support messages me back answering my question about the stupid loyalty program that I have no interest in and told me that he forwarded my bonus information to "the appropriate people."

My GF signed up this week and cleared the signup bonus. Was credited $100. Then she played maybe 100 - 150 hands of the reload before time expired. After sending in an email they credited her with another $100 because the guy didn't realize that the first 500 raked hands counted toward the signup bonus and shouldn't have counted!
They said something like "we can confirm that you have played 650 raked hands and are crediting your account with the $100 reload bonus"
heheheheh $200 for 650 raked hands on Prima, not bad!

Nothing was in my account Sunday at 11:00 MST (46 hours) so I emailed them again and even pasted in line 11 of their T and C stating that it would be a 48 hour wait maximum. Go to work today and I check my email/account as of 9:00 MST and still nothing. This is now going on over 70 hours and still nothing.
I've emailed them a third time from my work email as maybe they are "filtering" my ISP for whatever reason (my ISP is Canada's largest internet provider....LOL).

Personally, I think this was some bad planning on their part. 1) Not responding till AFTER a certain date is certain to bring a deluge of emails. 2) Having that date on a Saturday is probably a bad idea too, since, like most companies on this planet, they're likely to be somwhat understaffed on the weekends.
