Yeah, I know from others that they have a good reputation, but unfortunately I can't make any comments on Inetbet myself since Danes are not welcome at their casino.

Hi there!
I just wanna warn you newbies out there against the Mainstreet Group, they are crooks, 17 months and still no payment from twinaces.
Allthough they have changed to "rigged" playtech they still remain crooks. Don't play with crooks avoid the Mainstreet Group.
The crusade against the Mainstreet Group will continue.
Well back to topic, here are my list of trustfull RTG-casinos:
Sorry, can't find any!

Diane
Nice to see another Inetbet fan, Di. My previous online experience has been a disaster (pardon the term LadyDi). I cannot believe how my "luck" has changed since I play on IB. There's a $1000 check from them sitting on my counter as I type this. Overnite delivery/no charge too. They are GREAT.
(BTW, the same people who recommended IB also have good comments about the Angelciti group. I "bet" they're a good one too.

Kiwi casino and william hill casino are my favorite and in my opinion ery fare..kiwi is run by a church group.
stay away from.. queens club.. gold club.. pharoahs club...boss media looks good and all but is ery tricky it seems...example roulutee bet every number 2nd and 3rd dozen in roulette ..landed in the 1st 12 dozen.. 21 times in a row and NO zeros either.

Inetbet is the best of the RTG lot.
Often, same day payouts.
Often, bonuses posted within minutes of requesting.
Fast replies from support.
Everything a good casino SHOULD be.
I hope it stays that way.
Trouble with RTG's?
You never know when things will change.

I'm amazed that anyone here would be promoting Ruby Dragon casino.
I've been waiting for a cheque withdrawal since March. Most of the time they don't answer my emails. When they have, they told me it was my own fault that I hadn't received it, firstly because I'd given them the wrong address (untrue) and secondly because I was out when the courier tried to deliver my cheque !
Most bizzare. They obvioulsy expect their customers to stay at home 24 * 7 or forfeit their winnings !
They are now contacting their courier to find out what the situation is. They've been contacting their courier for about three months now.

Hi all,
This is an easy question, I only run 2 RTG casino's. One is iNetBet who now conduct all their support & payouts in house, from the UK.
I have spoken to Alan one of the Directors who I took as being open and honest about their opperations and commitment to players needs.
The other is Crown Vegas, who also run their casino with same amount of class.
Take care all

PS - You may not agree with my opinion and that's fine. I do promote both these casino's on my web site, however I do this because they are great casino's. At the end of the day it's about trust a... | | Read Entire Entry |

Almost 13 months still no payment from Twin Aces. What a surprise!
Twin Aces: After more than a year still no official response from your management. How long does it take?

Well, well, well. A ery interesting statement as RTG has consistently claimed that they have *never* operated their own casinos. As a company based in Atlanta, Georgia; operating their own casinos would present something of a public relations and legal difficulty. I can't beleive guys like Canadaman who makes one hell of a fool of himself.
Danes are doing mass chargebacks. Danes are manipulating the software.
It is just a complete joke.
To do some comparison:
Some Cryptologic casinos have excluded Danes. The reason is plain and simple: Taking advantage of bonuses. No Cryptologic casino has ever accused Danes of doing chargebacks or manipulating software.
Some Bossmedia casinos have excluded Danes. Same reason as Cryptologic: Taking advantage of bonuses. No Bossmedia casino has ever claimed that Danes are chargebacking or hacking software.
Some Microgaming casinos have banned Danes. The recent ones are Vegas USA (after OPA intervened it is clear for everyone that the casino was the crooks) and Cinema/777. Cinema/777 returned deposits only, but when OPA got on the case, all winnings were returned too. Some Microgaming casinos are excluding Danes from getting bonuses, but they still allow us to play, which must m... | | Read Entire Entry |

Canadaman - your comments on the danish issues tells me you're either uninformed, misinformed or simply not telling the truth.
There never were any danish hackerattacks. There never were any danish "mass-chargebacks".
There were relatively many danish advantage players, probably referring each other and I bet some of them even created multiple accounts. But that's not a danish 'invention'. You'll find bonushunters from all over the world behaving like this. Danes didn't invent 'advantage play'. I'll bet The Moneytour and Freecasinoshomepage were up before the first dane gambled online. In fact - the webmaster had stopped updating The Moneytour when most danish players started gambling online (March 2001).
We've heard the stories of hackers a couple of times. First it was The Vegas Strip (early June 2001) - we all know what happened there. They started out with "manipulation of software" and changed it to "taking advantage of bonusprogram for new and ex... | | Read Entire Entry |

Good post, KX.
As a "consultant" presumably to online casinos I am surprised that Canadaman appears a little coy in identifying him or herself, and I think he/she underestimates the level of industry understanding on this board and indeed among experienced players in general.
There is definitely a close linkage between operator and provider - and not just for the practical business reasons that KX has outlined so succinctly. There is a moral obligation too...and both are important in a maturing industry.
Players have every right to hold providers accountable for excessively or consistently bad behaviour by their licencees, and it is becoming increasingly clear that the more responsible providers recognise that as a motivation for professional industry behaviour.

Canadaman; Some comments;
I am amazed that most online gamblers do not know how a casino licensee differs from a software supplier. You are blaming the software supplier for your problems instead on the casino operator.
I think most of us know the difference. You seem to simplify things a bit though. There is a ery strong connection between licensee and supplier. As you say a large part of the licensees profits go into the pocket of the supplier. Therefor the supplier is not only interested in selling more software but also in attracting players to existing casinos using the software they sell.
For a player at a casino this means that if the licensee won´t do his part then the player knows that the supplier is interested in making things right to avoid the software brand from getting a bad reputation.
In RTGs case it is pretty extreme. Because of the large number of bad licensees that use RTG-software the reputation of RTG has fallen ery fast. This means that RTG gets... | | Read Entire Entry |

...Casino Insider Tells ALL... Well almost all, concerning comments on this thread.
I am amazed that most online gamblers do not know how a casino licensee differs from a software supplier. You are blaming the software supplier for your problems instead on the casino operator.
A casino licensee is an independent operator who buys the right to license the gaming software form a software provider. The licensee has to pay the software supplier 15-50% of the profit every month depending on the licensing rights of each software provider. This is on top of the $250,000 - $500,000 that has to be paid upfront to license software from a tier one supplier. Then you have to have float of around $350,000 when you lauch as there may be a bunch of good size winners your first week or so.
Each licensee has to provide their own offshore hosting for the gaming software. However the front part of a casino site up untill where your log onto the gaming software can be legeally hosted in any countr... | | Read Entire Entry |

Have to agree with Ellen on Global even though non RTG. If the Swiss know one thing it is customer service. Crown Vegas have heard nothing but good about...unless something here I missed.
Net Club has been good/great to me as a player though I do understand there were problems in the past that I feel have been rectified.
Seems some RTG licensees and in particular the newer ones are lifting their game a bit.
Let's face it, they had better.
I also saw KX mention Windows as a fav...that makes...errr 4 of us now?
Have also had no personal problems with Sci-Fi either as an affiliate or a player. It is not a personal fa to play at for me though. Double up option on every game gives me the willies.

Luman, I would love to tell you my favorites, in fact I play 90% of the time at RTGs daily but some seem to be ery controversial here. Unfortunately for some, which I do believe most have been paid, there were some problems.
Black Widow was one of my faves, got paid into PayPal in 2 days, but now they're PlayTech and don't have the double double bonus VP games so I don't spend much time there and haven't cashed out since the change.
I know you asked about RTGs but if you haven't tried Global Player, they are the fastest yet..credit card was credited within 2 days and PayPal within 2 days tops! I've cashed out of there 3-4 times in nice chunks..don't know about Danes there tho.
Hope this helps a bit

I usually restrict my remarks to experiences at RTGs these days.
Portofino is one where I have always been paid within 12 days. But they require faxback for each form of deposit e.g. I used Firepay, instead of Paypal, recently and had to send another faxback. CS usually good.

Great tip Diane. I just played at INetBet and won a nice chunk, and had my Paypal credited with the whole thing in only 2 days! For me, that's a record for an RTG casino.

KX, it is rather sad because among the dross there are a few gems as we have seen in this thread, and it must be ery tough for them to deal with the adverse impact on business that bad operators using the same RTG software are generating. I genuinely sympathise with them because imo RTG should and could be doing a helluva lot more to police its bad licencees and improve licencee selection.
I have no problem with Angelciti which appeared well funded when it launched, and I can recall only one bad incident involving GL, and we all know the odd genuine screwup is almost inevitable.
Vickinz certainly in your case it would not occur to me...you have always been fearless in stating your RTG experiences and that is to be respected even if your opinion itself is not shared in all cases.
